This is a silly question i'm sure, but i'm not clued up on all of the details in FM yet, where and how do I use OI?
 
Loving this tactic on my Arsenal save, unbeaten in the league and IF and AP smashing them in for fun. Also as a side note signed Michy Batshuayi..very impressive on new Patch.
 
Gonna give this a go with Liverpool, however I wanna try fix that striker issue. I prefer my striker to score goals but I'm not gonna complain as long as I get wins
 
Having a good pre-season with Werder Bremen with this tactic, team starting to get used to it. Should hopefully be a nice season ahead!

Must say I am pretty impressed so far with this tactic, I have Suarez up front as a poacher and using the "Shoot more often" and "Roam from position" player instructions and so far he has 14 league goals in 8 league matches. Change the BWM to a DLP as its a position that better suits Gerrard. I've beaten Man City 2x so far. In the league cup at Etihad and at Anfield (2-0) and (4-2). Suarez with 4 goals in those 2 games.

I will just mention that I drew my first game with Norwich, Gerrard, Sturridge, Suarez and Coutinho all injured. It ended 0-0 so no complaints. 8 games in, won 7 drew 1. Very impressed so far. Will continue to update as my season goes on
 
just going to start using this tactic on my Spurs save, I am entering my 4th season now. Finished in the league 2nd each year. I need to win it. Hopefully and im confident this formation can help me do that.

Using this tactic, my team is getting a stable win game per game, but other than win i also got a lot of draws.
Can you explain to me what is your intention of gameplay?
based on the TI, i noticed you add play narrower.. set IF(s) as well, are you trying to use the middle ?
will it work if i make use 2 of my IF to become a goal scorer as well?

Was hired to AC Milan and decided to start using this tactic. The second season with Milan I used it 50/50 with my own tactic and was able to finish 4th up from 8th the year before. The next season I used to 85% of the time and won Serie A.

Now I'm using it exclusively, I have 71 points through 31 games. I've been able to get my strikers 20+ goals per year. I have used it mostly as is, so thanks for this tactic!
 
this tactic looks great, going to give it a go. Just one thing, for some reason I cannot download the tactic so was wandering what player instructions you use? if any.
 
yea for some reason I can't view that, that's what I meant. if you can screen shot or write player instructions on here would be very much appreciated, sorry I know it's a pain.

you don't view it - you download it and put it into your C:\Users\your pc name\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\tactics

Hate to quote myself but just to update on this tactic. I ended up winning the Serie A, Champions Cupp and the Italian Cup all in the same year so, yeah, its working.
 
Can anyone help me with my strikers issue with this tactic, nothing seems to work at all
