i am managing Roma and my results have been a tad inconsistent compared to some of the results on here: 1-0 win vs last place livorno, 2-1 loss to 16th inter, 1-1 with juve (1st), 2-0 win vs sassulo,1-1 with catania (both midtable). i know these arent too bad but compared to some of the amazing results on here... maybe i am doing something wrong? should i do something additional?

Which tactic is best ? The original one or the tweaked ? Looks amazing ! Won the league easily the first season with Liverpool. But my opposition gets to many CCS. For example, i beat Villa 4-0 away. They got 5 CCS and i got 6.

Hello my friend.I am trying your very nice tactics.I have only one big problem.I can't win big teams. What can i do.

Manchester loss 2-1
Liverpool 1-0
:S

I've been using this tactic and it works great!
Just one question regarding Inside Forwards, do you use left/right footed players on the left or right side?

Cheers!

EDIT: Searched the thread and got my answer...

Please can someone post the team, player, set piece instructions for the tweaked version please I'm on my vita so I cannot import .tac files

How this thread is not 100 pages is beyond me! what a tactic!! I won the league first season with Liverpool using a different set of tactics but I couldnt get my strikers to score. I plugged this tactic with the last 3 games left as I had already won the league. My forward 4 got 21 goals between them in the last 3 games! I decided to try this tactic from the begining of the second season and I completely revamped my squad. Sold all the old players and got in able and good replacements. Had a 7 week preseason lots of friendlies to ensure team gelled and tactic gets fluid.

Currently top of the league and playing super football!

Tweaked. This tactic won't get you clean sheets but it will get you goals. Also like all tactics, it will need some adjustments. Minor tweaks to suit your squad. Plus on this years fm a single tactic and plug and play wont work.

Have you made any tweaks to make it more defensively stable and keep more clean sheets?

In my first season, I used Guardiola's paradigm for my home games and Almighty Weirdo V1 for my away games. I won the league with only 2 defeats using pretty much the default squad + ryan gauld, fernando and romero. Tweaked the player roles and some instructions to suit my players sometimes. After I had already won the league, I tested this tactic in the last few games because my Sturridge and Suarez were not scoring for me. Plugged it in and it was awesome and I decided to use it during my second season. I made transfers accordingly.

Sold:
Enrique, Johnson, Mignolet, Aspas, Fernando, Toure, Agger for about 100 million combined.

Bought:
Costa, Danny Rose, Azpilicueta, Diego Reyes, Jay Rodriguez, Pogba ( I was really lucky as Juventus finished just above the relegation places!) for around 110 million+ and backup players Ince, Zivkovic who came in on free transfers.

So essentially, I have a squad tailor made for this tactic. The tweaks I use are just generic ones such as changes on strategy, defensive line etc. Watch the games, see if you need any tweaks. The strikers will have dry spells but this is by far the most free scoring tactic I have found.

Has your tactic still been so successful in your second season? I use a similar shape with different roles and instructions but it hasn't been getting the same results as it did in the first season.

It is. I just drew against Man City away using my reserves. Morale is really important for your team to be successful. What team are you? Can you tell me what players you have, maybe I can help you out.

mayankv, I manage Arsenal. The only problem I'm having at the moment is scoring, I have been scraping a lot of 1-0 wins. My attacking players are Giroud (been on a goalscoring drought after scoring 35 goals last season), Volland, Podolski, Griezmann, Ozil, Cazorla, Walcott and Ox.

Firstly, are your team gelled properly? If yes, change then do the following:

Change General Training to ball control average and match training to attacking movement, allow rest after match.

As far as your lineup goes. Play Griezmann on the right, Ox on the left and Volland as AP and Giroud striker.

I use Suarez as AP and Costa as striker. Let me know how you get along.

Thanks mayankv, I'll give it a go.

What team instructions do you use? And any individual?

If your striker isnt scoring, during the game, add roam from position and shoot often on his instructions.
