i usually scout the nations myself on the day of there youth intake! And to be honest I've just started using scouts to scout regens eg South Africa, South Europe etc etc as supposedly when there all fully scouted you get better regens coming through your intake

Great isn't it hopefully I won't need to dip into it though! As I'm trying to make my team british I'm hoping the sale of my foreigners will be enough to bring them in and strike even!! ****** british players are well more expensive then other regens from other countries
