I Don't know if anyone has posted this tactic yet, but on SI Games forum is excellent tactic called 1-2-2-3-3 Tweebier plug and play great results. I used it on two saved test games in Holland & France where I started unemployed and I've taken a job with bottom half league club in the second tier of that country between October/December of 2015. And won promotion to the top tier, plus second tier league title in the first season without buying in any new players and just working with one's I have.

It's worth a go at the tactic, there's two tactics: for a strong team use attacking tactic and for a weaker team use control tactic.

sorry really busy is someone wants to do it for me they are very welcome. ive only put a few tactics up over the years. Xavi passing was one pf my best ones, first person to get over 100 passes (think it was FM11)

I'm currently using the control tactic one, but depends on what team you test the tactic with. Because the control tactic works better on a weaker team. So if you test it a bigger club you probably won't get as good results than if tested it on a small club. And of course it depends on the human manager if he/she is any good as manager on the game and not put it on holiday or instant result to get better results.

no I cant test V10 as it is not plug and play and requires specific man marking setting before each game.

New Testing Database

I have removed all the players from the England team and replaced them with 30x english players with a current ability of between 127 and 136.

All players in the test team have had their PPM's removed and their injury proneness set to 1.

England now have a media prediction of 16th out of the 16 teams with title odds of 2000/1.

This test will show which tactic is best for underdogs.
