They deleted my previous post but yes there are other sites. Just google fm23 tactic testing since fm-base censors posts about other testing sites.

Last year tactic testing was active until March, tactics can still be found on https://beta.fm-base.co.uk

If the internal situation where we have issues doesn't change, this year we will probably not start it.
I have very little hope that something changes after 3 months of trying to find a solution.

It's sad because I've been doing tactic testing for more than 8 years now and it's disappointing not having a way to sustainably continue it
