I'm using this tactic for Real Sociedad 2018, manage to win europa league, and win league in my 1st season incharge. The team have been predict only top half, and they only get average team. Made a few transfer, and for godsake, only lose just 2 in the league, make a 15 cleansheet in the process, and my striker Iker Hernandez managed to get 23 league goals (34 overall).
