Team Sky - Road to Glory Episode 2
The Beginning

So we are underway. The first entirely commercial team in history takes it's young squad of bright future stars and thrusts them into the bright lights of the nPower League 2. The first match in Team Sky's history was against Oldham, and it didn't go particularly well. It resulted in a 1-0 loss, at home to start of the teams career. However it was a game where the team could gel and they went on to do well in the next few friendlies, against lower league opponents.

However the first real test came in the first competitive match of Team Sky's career, wherein the boys would have to prove themselves against real opponents.

As you can see, Team Sky excelled, as Daniel Oriyasin scored and earned man of the match. And Team Sky's form continued throughout the early days of the season:

With only 2 league losses, Team Sky were flying in the league, although the team was disappointed to lose out in both cups, although the games were close and against two teams in the leagues above. So with that form, how did Team Sky fare in the table?

That's right, in just the first couple of months of existence with all new, inexperienced players, Team Sky were top of League 2, a fairy tale story for sure.

Individual Section
Player of the Episode:

This time the award goes to:
Daniel Oriyasin

The Turkish star has performed phenomenally, with an incredible 7 goals in then competitive appearances, garnering an impressive average rating of 8.57, the highest of the team. This player has been outstanding and is surely is a bar set that all Team Sky players will hope to meet.

Other Great Players

Mark Fletcher - 8.55
Connorio - 7.64
Shaun McMillan - 7.6

On another note, however, there have been a lot of injuries. Hopefully this will change after the team is more used to competitive play, but so far the injury list reads like this:

Ashley Baldry
Ryan Stewart
Andy Stewart
Corey Taylor
Jordan Kingston

A mammoth list so early in the season.

how many assist did i made, and how about my international status, like u17 or u21 team ?

5 apps 1 goal not bad for a young midfielder, hope i'll get better and earn solid first team role.

Would it be possible to see the starting 11 for a couple of matches to see who's been played and whatnot?

And nice work btw, hopefully we'll keep up the good form!

What formation is being played? And can we see the assists and pass/tackling stats?
