Some news for Arsenal fans regarding the Jagielka situation-and these are from Bill Kenwright himself:

no I will not sell Jagielka, just as last year I was hung drawn and quartered for not selling Arteta. You know the four players we don’t dare sell. Baines, Jagielka, Fellaini and Tim Howard

Have to look elsewhere I'm afraid

He also mentioned something to do with a bank loan and asking the banks for more time, time the banks may not be willing to lend.

Yep. The way things are economically I'm surprised he's been given the time he has right now. Have a feeling they'll start cracking down this time, like they nearly did before.
 
We should use Almunia like Barca use Pinto. If anyone we play does something wrong have him jump up off the bench and hit them. Who cares if he gets a ban, not like he would get a game anyway. Would of been ideal against Newcastle

But why do I feel almunia will still get lobbed, even if he is off the pitch.

They are trained professionals. They do what they are told to do and trained for. Pinto was never bought as a GK for Barca.

On the other hand if you throw Almunia in there, he will still miss the punch :P
