1) Arsenal FC do not pay dividends to shareholders. Kroenke is not taking dividends according to latest financial report. Usmanov was pushing for dividends but was denied by the board.

2) KSE holds (66.76%) of shares and Usmanov's R&W Holdings hold (29.7%) of shares which amount to (96.46%) of the holding. Approximately 3% is held by AST which takes the amounted equity to (99.46%). Out of the present board members which comprise of Peter Hill Wood, Ivan Gazidis, Stan Kroenke, Ken Friar, Sir Chips Keswick and Lord Harris of Peckham; only Peter Hill Wood holds 0.1% of equity.

3) The money from the sales of Adebayor and Toure have not disappeared into the club's pockets. Our cash balance before the proceeds was 78m which improved to 112m after 34m from the net proceeds from the transfers that season.

4) Except Gazidis, all members of the board work for free and do not take more than 5000 Pounds annually from the club.

5) We pay 25m/year towards stadium debts which are comfortably covered by 10 home games. So the stadium pays for itself which was the plan in the first place.

6) There is no scope of paying that debt early as it has huge penalties which is detrimental in the short term.

I'll be watching these next 9 days with earnest

But it's not just sitting there. Wenger is clearly trying to reinvest in the squad - as I've said dozens of times before, it's not as easy as people make out. It's frustrating, but instead of complaining about how much money Wenger hasn't spent, how about we look at the players he HAS signed and give them our support rather than:

"Who? No, not good enough."

"Anova Fr3nchie?! BuY INGLISh PLYRS ARSUN"

"Spend some ******* money!"

(?)

Then the world will be a much happier place, and we don't have to have the same discussion about whether Wenger will spend and whether he should be sacked every. single. day.

IMO, he clearly isn't trying hard enough.

the thing is, we've done that. Yet the talent and depth just isn't there. Things need to change.

In all truth, while some of the criticism is well overboard, i think its fair that questions are asked. its all well having faith in Gervinho, but thats not where the problem lies. Its all very well sticking to yours guns re: Nasri. But then go all the way, don't half **** it 9 days before the window ends.

Oh and for gods sake, teach Walcott to lay the ball off from deep, beat his man off the ball and then pick it back up in the final third. Or move him central.

^ That was post 4-2-3-1. :)

I agree, though. Whilst I don't agree with the mass criticism Wenger is getting, certain things - such as leaving incoming transfer THIS LATE - should be questioned.

This is how I feel.

beyond angry. not a penny of my money is going into the club until i see big investment on the team. call me premature, this could be one of the biggest fortnights in arsenal's modern history.

This is probably the one window in his career where he cant afford to get it wrong. People talk about not wanting to overspend, But the money they lose not qualifying for the CL dwarfs the money spent overspending slightly. Just getting to the knockouts would net arsenal 12 million in pure prize money, not including the 800,000 per win and 400,000 per draw, and the market pool, determined by the value of the television market in each country, which is about 13 million for Arsenal, plus their own home tickets sales, merchandise and other affiliated revenue

They were already saying on radio earlier who they want as replacement manager :S

Don't even have to mention what name was repeatedly brought up
