I'd put Chelsea favourites way more than Arsenal for Hulk/Falcao.
They'd demand a high wage, which Chelsea are more prone to giving than Arsenal.
They'd demand a large fee, which again Chelsea are much more willing to give than Arsenal.
Chelsea have better players, and higher chance of winning trophies.

I'm not disputing that. But simply putting it down to the Manager is silly when you have all of the above.

Even then the deciding factor for Falcao would surely be the fact that AVB the manager under who he played his best football is now managing Chelsea.. I am pretty sure that if AVB was managing Arsenal then Falcao would have chosen Arsenal and rejected our relatively higher wages
I think this is the case because Falcao came out and said that he will readily go to Chelsea only when AVB became their manager which shows that he is not motivated by money that much as he can still earn decent wages at Arsenal and Arsenal can afford his release clause too
Clearly you didn't read the whole post: Several reasons why he might join Chelsea and not Arsenal. AVB is one reason, but by no means the only or necessarily the most important, reason.
it by far is... just notice that Falcao came out and said that he wants to join Chelsea as soon as AVB became their new manager, shows that the main reason he wants to go there is cos of AVB and I am sure the other reasons do play a part
If Barca and Madrid are in for him then it is less likely that he will sign for Chelsea..
Madrid are in for him but I think he will come to Chelsea as he will hardly get much apps with RM or Barca and he played his best football under AVB so that will be a huge factor 2
Adebayor played his best football under Wenger then I saw him quitting Arsenal to join other team. Just because Falcao had good season under AVB doesn't mean he will reject any team to sign for him..
I haven't read any news linking Falcao to Madrid.. If Madrid or Barca come calling then more likely he will end up at Spain..
