Yer its been a while, when was the last time before?? Was it when William "****" Gallas scored the only goal?

no it seems you have forgotten that we beat you at SB in the 08-09 season 2-1 after being 1-0 down ;)

I'm going to attempt to explain why I don't think Nasri will leave Arsenal this summer, here are the main reasons:

1) Wenger wants him to stay and Nasri would like to remain at the club.

2) The only reason Nasri did not resigned inbetween UCL legs against Barce is his agent told him to wait until the summer and Arsenal would up their contract offer.

3) Wenger needs him, he has ultimate say...Forget the stories of a boardroom over rule etc they're nonsense.

4) The whole reason why this is dragging on is because of Nasri's agent and his terrible relationship with Wenger. It goes back to the 90's when Wenger was the coach of Monaco in Ligue 1 and Nasri's agent was no.2 at Marseille, there was a huge match fixing scandal involving Nasri's agents Marseille and allegations of cohesion between club officials and senior coaching staff (Nasri's agent). The main victim of the match fixing scandal? Wenger and his Monaco team, he was livid. That is a deep rooted problem that in my opinion still exists between the two of them, and that is why Wenger has found it so hard to get Nasri to resign. The relationship between player-club is good, the relationship between player-Wenger is good. It's all about the relationship being stretched by Nasri's loyalty/obligation to his agent over his relationship with Wenger.

Those are the 4 main reasons why I said a month or so ago that Wenger would retain Nasri at Arsenal Football Club. One man is pushing this speculation/move to City/United and that is his agent Alain Migliaccio.

Main point is Alain Migliaccio and Arsene Wenger have a history and are certainly not on the best terms. Imagine if someone who cheated you out of victories/trophies came to you 15 years later demanding an extra 5 million agent fee for his client Nasri, who's career you're responsible for, to resign?

Can completely understand Wenger's situation with Nasri, and I honestly think he will stay at Arsenal despite Mancini/Press' stories.

Henry did like a goal against us.

Last one from me because this game was the beggining of the change from best teams in London from Arsenal to Chelsea in my opinion.

Lets not forget Arsenal have been a proper top contender since 1997ish but Chelsea not until 2003 (1999 the exception).
