he played a great innings mate truly, batting for a whole day against a Team like Australia is no mean feat, not even sure if Scott can do that
Risk?? Am I being misunderstood or something. 200 runs ahead with 9 wickets in hand?! All I am saying is at no-point to we try get a few extra overs at them by going for it. Even if Trott and Cook got out, Pietersen come in smash a quick 30, and we can have 10 extra overs at them....
I have no idea what your talking about, at no point last night where we EVER going to lose that game.
I based what i said on what beefy and the like said on TV about Bollinger, nothing else, so if i got it wrong they did... not surprising really <)
i don't understand about the background on your own players remark, considering Im English...
GodCubed, at the point I made my prediction and going off Englands classic middle order collapse in the first innings, that's what I thought would happen hah. But I'm glad we got the draw
The pitch definitely got flatter after the first two days, who was to know that would happen. That is the only reason we drew this game, if it had deteriorated we would have lost by an innings. Taking nothing away from the batsman of course, but the pitch was a poo test match wicket.I think most people expected it tbh, only a few really expected anything different. And i was one of them.

Cue a 300 partnership.A diamond duck and a golden duck in two balls. Amazing. What a superb start!
