I am not too clued up on who would come to Championship teams mate.. I think the best thing would be to start a thread and let members with more experience in lower leagues advise you!

I have a 2-8-0 formation which I was using in other games to good effect as well!

Lol 1-8-1 was hoping u would say that!
Yeah it's all my work, I wanted 1 defender all midfielders no strikers, couldn't get it to work tho, started on this and I have to say it's doing well.
Created using my burnham fc team in the blue square south, 65+ possession home and away, think I had an 82% as well, low ccc tho as with most possession tactics I've downloaded, but some lovely possession being played in the opposistions half, sometimes every player in the opposition half with the dc on the half way line. Best I had was 89 completed passes from the dlp (his passing stat is 6) may not sound like much compared to tactics possession break but that was more than entire opposistion managed to complete.
Never uploaded before, will have a look tonight when I finish work and post some ss.
Also started a game with qpr last night lfc update and in the 1st few pre season games it's working nicely (only pre season tho, and takes a long time to become fluid!)

Ok so I have a couple things I would like to ask about. First off I am playing Arsenal as you probably already know after helping me find a BWM but now I am coming towards the end of the 2012/13 season and I am looking to offload Per Mertesacker. I currently have Vermaelen, Koscielny and Zouma along with Mertesacker and I am looking for a good younger back up that could partner Zouma to get some experience.

Also I am looking at possibly selling Cazorla and Podolski at the end of the year but I have Erick Torres and Ryo Miyaichi that I hope are the future at those positions. Do you suggest me selling those two and if so who should I bring in to replace them?

Raikan, who would you say the ULTINMATE central midfielder is ( im in the year 2015). Im looking at Thiago, Ganso , Ross Barkley. I have Ramsey, and in my opinion , if you have the best central in the world, you are the best, just look at Barcelona , without there Midfield they wouldnt be what they are, look at United , should have destroyed the Premier League, but because there midfield wasnt great they didnt. So who would you say is the ULTIMATE Central midfielder?

To be honest there isnt any, december/january try and get expiring contracts, and at the end of the season, check your news , normally tells you the most 'exclusive' released players.

lol, im really sorry for posting something AGAIN , but i enjoy football manager. Now , i finished my season with Norwich, won the League,F.A Cup, Capital one Cup (How gay does that sound) and reached the quater final of the champions league. This has happened TWICE. My Chairman announces plans for Nice, big , New stadium , and 5 months down the line i get the council refusing planning permission, anyway around it ( didnt know the wankers could annoy me in FM as well)

Simple question and i`m guessing a fairly basic one, i`ve played and loved the game for many years and have only just found genie, knowing a players P.A helps, my question is simply is the P.A the very best a player can ever be? For example could, with the right training someone like Wilfried Zaha at Crystal Palace become world class? Or is he always destined to be a reasonable Premier league player?? Forgive my nieavity

Hey Raikan, currently having loads of trouble with my right footed amr's in my 4-2-3-1 and 4-5-1 tactics.

I have currently been using players like Dempsey and Alex Oxlade Chamberlain at the amr, a right footed advanced playmaker style at aml and a poacher up front.

My problem is I play a short passing and slow tempo game, which means setting my right footed amr's up like a winger doesn't really pay off.

Have tried using them similar to the inside forward settings (I use classic so its all tweaked) with moves into channels, but its pretty inconsistent.

there could be a few depending on how certain players have developed:

Hamisk/Ramsey/Wilshere/Kovacic/Romulo/Poli/Vidal/Eriksen and hosts more mate..

if you want, post a SS of the top 5 you are looking at and I will give my thoughts
