Haha gotta support my local side. I like Derry they were one of the better teams in the league, Prefer them big time over rovers etc.

Now the hard part.
I need one person to put a random number between 1-20 next to each players name to determine ca.
Values range from 140-170. All pa is at 200.

Sucks doesnt it? Thats how the randomness works :)

Also the Ca will only make a difference for the first year or so. Once you start managing it will go up or down depending on how well you do. On the test game a manager that had 140 ca got the england job ahead of 170ca because he was a better manager.

Not sure of exact numbers but 140-150 is national rep. and 150-175 is continental im sure. thats the way it worked on my game i think.
