Tried with Santa Clara in portuguese D2.

2 won in cup, 2W 2D 2L in league and I play the title. This tactic is probably for better squad.

Anymore updates on this, i have just started using it 6th season with parma, i have a pretty decent team, back to back titles. This formation and roles suits my team perfect. So far 6 straight wins conceding only 2 goals.

Started using this half way through my 8th season with Sampdoria. Won the league and semis of the CL. 9th season started out well but can't buy a win now.
