I have just updated it with the following

MATCH PREPERATION

When i micromanage, I do it more or less accordingly to the following guide by wwfan. When tweaking tactics, I have not used any other than team blend

OPPOSITION INSTRUCTIONS

In testing, I have not used any at all. Later on, I will add my default strategy when micromanaging.


PITCH SIZE

In testing, I have avioded the more extreme ones and basiclly used a normal pitch but generaly when playing thorugh the middle, its not good to have a short pitch or a very, very wide.

Here is a pkm of a match with Fulham using the Wide Diamond if anyone is interested in looking at the flow. Never mind the result as its a friendly ( 6-0 away to Preston)
 
Just want to give a little opinion. Why we can't make any instruction players with number sliders.
Overall, this is the best thread of tactic I've ever seen.
I'll try for you, sir.

Not really sure what you mean. Are you asking why its made with the wizard and not in Classic mode ?

No, I mean number sliders on screenshots for example striker mentality is attacking ( 12 ) and his passing is short ( 6 ).
An add-on on tactical screen.
It look nice to see, though :)

On topic, what tactics you will suggest me if I managed Inter Milan ?
I've tried too many tactics for 11.3 but it seems many of them can't fit into my team.

As the uploaded tactics, and there will be about 10 more of them, are in their beta stage. If I was to take those screenies(and they would be many) of all the tactics, i would have to do it all over again in a few weeks.

On Topic: The Deep & Narrow should work really well with your team and don't make too much of Pato or Ibra not being AMC´s. They will both work great in that position and then its only your choice which one of them that should play upfront and which one that should play ion AMC along with Robinho and Cassano.

I am currently playing with Fulham using the Wide Diamond in a new started save, no signings So far, i have only played 7 matches in the EPL but resuts have been really good. Mind you, we have not yet been put to a stern test but 7 out of 7 is still pretty good.

Working great:

- The flow and the way we rip the oppositions defence apart.
- The way that we force the opponent into taking long shots
- The speed and quickness of the tactic when attacking has not yet made any of the player tired( never mind that we play slow, thats just when keeping possession, the runs and t-balls are direct and into channels)

Keeping an eye on:

- Shots on target ratio
Although, as long as we produce goals, I don't care about if being low. Many, alsmot all, of these shots are in fact taken against teams flooding the penalty area, forcing us to shoot high, missing the goal, or shooting low, resulting in the shoot being blocked. But as long as our normal 8-10 chances provides us with at least 4-5 good scoring opportunities, I am a happy cat

Edit: I am currently tweaking the Wide Diamond slightly by letting the DMC hold up the ball. This way, we drag the Opposition onto use
 
Playing your 11.3 4-2-3-1 wide with West Ham in a network game (so slow going). Will feedback thoughts and suggestions when the real competitive matches start and I'm a bit more familiar with squad so can identify player weaknesses and errors better. So far, it's very impressive in attacking intent and goals conceded seem to be primarily as a result of player error.

edit: all seven of us are using plug and play tactics, so it's been interesting watching a few other people's tactics also being used by other players in the game.

Basiclly, you can use any of the tactics and its all down to how many attackers, wingers, central players you want to play with. With the Narrow Diamond, you will be able to use 4 of your central midfilders, 2 attackers but no wingers. With the Wide Diamond, you can only use 2 central Mids but now 2 winger.

Another choice could be to play with the 424 although this is a formation that I personally dont enjoy
 
wow that wide diamond looks awesome! might try with my newcastle save, i have good wingers!
 
I'm currently using your flat 442 formation with Nottingham Forest in the championship, in my first season i failed miserably did absolutely awful first half of the season and was like 16th place or something, managed to scrape 5th place and then lost on penalties in the playoff final.

2nd season i decided to totally scrap my tactics and start again, with a few signings and using your flat 442 tactic im currently top by 10 points and have only lost 1 game in 21, conceded 10 goals and scored 41

so i'd just like to say thanks :)

That's some really good results. What kind of strikers did you use upfront. Was it like I suggested, using a FCleft that likes to move into channels and a FCright that likes to come deep/back to goal ?

Deep & Wide 4231 - beta version
The FC should be quick
The Playmaker in the DMCr needs to be, well a playmaker
The AMC needs to get deep
The wingers have different settings, the AMR is to use his wingfoot/right foot) and the AML is incutting so the "otherflank foot( i.e right foot). Use the settings that suits your players.
The Wingbacks need to be tweaked to suit your players. If they lack stamina and are really poor and you are an underdog, you need to use fullbacks on defend etc
 
Should your tactics also work for llm clubs? I'm playing Blyth Spartans at the moment in the lowest English league. And which tactic would you reccommend?
