History
The club was established in 1883, and until World War I, played in the Norwich and District League. Due to the town's position on the Norfolk-Suffolk border, the club could enter cups in both counties, and in 1911 were victorious in the Suffolk Junior Cup final.
After the war they played in leagues in both Norfolk and Suffolk until becoming founder members of the Eastern Counties League in 1935. However, they finished bottom in both 1935-36 and 1936-37 and returned to the county leagues. In 1948 they won the Norfolk Senior Cup, and in 1954-55 were Norfolk & Suffolk League champions.
In 1963 the club rejoined the Eastern Counties League. However, they never finished higher than fifth, and were bottom in both 1983-84 and 1984-85. In 1989-90 the club finished as runners-up in the Premier Division. Although they won the Norfolk Senior Cup final the following season, in 1991-92 they were relegated to Division One after finishing bottom. Since then the club has struggled; aside from a fourth-placed finish in 1995-96, they have not finished higher than 11th, and finished bottom in 1998-99 and 1999-00.
In 2007-08 the club finished 13th, whilst 2008-09 saw a 16th placed finish. Here is Club domestic League history and Facilities

Club fans, Board, staff members and players are delighted to welcome their new manager Martin M. In a little press conference what was held in club chairman 2 floors flat new manager stated that hes full of optimism and is sure that he can boost this team to new LVL. There were around 15 people listening what he has to say, and one of them local Newspaper reporter fell a sleep after few questions. It sums it up that manager Martin M has started once again from the bottom of the bottom. And even though hes salary 125k £ is changed to 825 £ per month he hasnt lost confidence in hes abilities and believe that its possible to gain promotion from the first year in helm. Its going to be tough challenge because last year Brecklanders finished in 16th position. New manager warned that from now one everyone has to give 100% and act like real professionals or look like at least ones. Its all due to the fact that he wants to make this semi-professional side to professional one in the future.
Question what can one man do with this club and can he repeat the success that he had with Cockfosters ??? Only time will you this !
