Alcaraz stop it, its embarrassing. First you scorn the transfer story say its 100% bad Chelsea, then you downplay it and laud jose, now you try to undermine how Mata played, despite the fact he actually did the opposite, tracked back hard and won almost all his tackles, created, and got an assist.

It's not all about his tracking back because he can do that and did do that for us but because he done that he suffered. He spent most of the Southampton game behind the half way line and when he does get the ball back he is not the type of player who will take on his man when 1v1 he will always look for the pass. Its also about the intensity of his pressing he is very poor at that, just look at how Oscar, Willian, Hazard and Schurrle does it and you will see what Jose meant, and the difference with the players i named is if they fail to win the ball high up but win it further back instead they will take on their man and normally beat him too. Jose's reasons for not playing Mata are totally fair, people just didn't want to accept it.
