No that was you retaliating to me about saying something about Mourinho. So please just stop acting you are whiter than white as you really are making an idiot of yourself for doing so. Now if you find me calling your team Chavski how is that a dig at you? Spurs get called Spuds. Arsenal get called all sorts. Yet they dont claim anyone is taunting them personally. Now grow up or learn to play with the adults before you get all upset and start crying.

Wait wait hold on .... You took a needless go at at me in the World Cup thread. When I retailed, you said it's my fault for being a 'sensitive soul'. Now again you are the one needlessly taunting with you remarks about 'Chavski' and when I call you out on it, you blame me for being a cry baby. I absolutely love you how insult people first and then when you get called out, you try and take the moral high ground

The fact is that even when my arguments with Sunil or zzeezy go to 12345 pages, they don't feel the need to insult me personally. Sure things do get heated but they don't make it personal like you repeatedly do time and time again. That's why I have absolutely zero respect for you just like everyone else on FM Base. You just love making things personal and then wriggling your way out when someone retaliates

If we have seriously signed a 36 year old drogba to replace a 21 year old who is pretty much an identical striker to him in every way I will be pretty ****** off.

I always knew Drogba wasn't being signed as a 4th choice striker. That's just stupid. That's why I was speculating whether it would be good for him to replace Torres earlier on in the thread. It would be extremely disappointing if Lukaku leaves

I gave you several reasons. Just because you dismiss them, doesn mean they are not reasons for him. That is the point you fail to grasp. You decide that because they are not reasons for you, they can't be reasons for him. Which is stupid. Well done. This is exactly the same type of thinking you took when dismissing reasons about Torres, when even fellow Chelsea fans pointed out you're needlessly dismissing them.

But it hasnt been backed up by papers, has it, which part of that do you not understand. The articles have his wages going from 75k to 160k, so the veracity is in doubt. If its 75k rising to 100k, it hardly blows Chelsea out the water, when Filipe Luis is on 78k. You keep saying its backed up, but again, where?

And where exactly did i dismiss it? go on, show me exactly where I dismiss it.

Should be someone who won't cry for being a 2nd choice. Someone above 25 who can play some minutes when Costa is being rested. Hard one.

They are nothing alike imo. Drogba is technically far superior and is a targetman, while Lukaku is more similar to Torres and Costa in that he likes to run in behind defences and play on the last man. I get the feeling because they are similar in build and physique, people think they are the same type of striker.

I dismissed your reasons because they sound extremely unconvincing. Shaw moved to United because he prefers Manchester over London? Seriously ...

Even if we don't have an exact figure for his wages, I think it's pretty clear what happened. Initially City, United and Chelsea went in for Shaw. United offered a financial package that Chelsea and City simply couldn't match which forced them to pull out. Shaw went to United. That's the most plausible reason and as you said, it's something that you yourself already agree with

You do realise i was being facetious for the last one right? The point is, he can move for whatever reasons he wants. I'm pointing out that you don't summarily get to dismiss them because you dont like the sound of them. That's really not how it works.

Again 75 to 100k wouldnt be a financial package that couldn't be match for either club. Luis is on 80k

And no it's really not clear, that's the point. You have a supposition that isn't backed up in either direction. You actually need to have a clear idea of his wages before your argument makes sense.

Here's a thing Luke Shaw said he was glad to join United because it was the biggest club in the world. Now he could just be saying that's some do. But that's actually about as much as we have to go on that is direct from a player. So wouldnt that make your dismissal incorrect.
You still havent told me where I dismissed it. I'm waiting.
