Weird game really. Started with a team blitzing us for 20 mins, only this time we didn't concede. Definite improvement there but then we didn't have any edge.

It's a bit of a catch 22: you need the workrate of Willian and Ramires but playing on the counter vs a top team means you also need clinical passing and great first touch, which they don't always offer.

Hopefully we'll find the right balance soon, but I'll definitely take a draw at the Etihad in a game where we largely stifled City.

I wouldn't say we stifled City mate. We were thoroughly outplayed in the first half. I was quite surprised we didn't concede. A point is a fantastic result considering our overall performance

Can someone get rid of this nutcase already? If Chelsea got owned by a promoted side, I wouldn't go laughing at another team for taking a point at the toughest stadium in the league

After all the **** you've posted in the United thread I can stay here as long as I want.

Just ignore him mate. He is just sore that United can't even win a game to save their life

Hardly sore am I?

Chelsea are top of the table at the moment, well done on that, but I don't see what you're playing the big mans card for right now because you've won nothing yet.

We should have won in the circumstances so I don't understand the reaction that CFC fans are pleased for Frank. He is a legend and a true pro but at the end of the day that could end up costing us the title.

I would've taken a draw before the game, we deserved to lose on the balance of play. But considering the circumstances when we were 1-0 up...I'm really disappointed we didn't win.

You'll notice Alc is actually pretty neutral in your thread now. He's even started being a voice of calm when you're having your little meltdowns, although I half suspect that's some sort of next level meta trolling.

Hahaha really man? You come in here with a deliberately baiting comment, someone responds in kind, and then immediately get really defensive and THEN to cap it off you accuse them of being the defensive ones?

That's a worse defence than... well, United's.

This coming from the person who constantly has a ***** over Jose Mourinho and has an utter hatred towards United and tries to make an insult towards them in every possible chance he can.

Don't be a hypocrite.

Lol mate i don't remember ever posting 'LOOOOOOOL' in the United thread. I actually bring some debateable material with me instead of **** positing and worst still, accusing others of not being able to take a joke. Now this is the last time I'll reply to you ... You can LOL all you want, let's see what happens when United head to the Etihad. I am putting a tenner on it being another 6-nil thrashing. PM me the best odds brah

Haha actually no, I genuinely do feel the ref ****** them over and it's Clatternburg so I do sympathise

Having an opinion after a game does not count as a meltdown, if you want to define a meltdown relate back to my Moyes posts.

Yes he's calmed down very recently, but I only said LOL and every Chelsea fan started throwing insults.

Disappointed as well mate but frankly if we can't hold a lead against ten men then we deserve to drop points. Our team is far from the finished article

I don't think anyone is happy that we drew or that we threw away a 1-0 lead vs 10 men. That was ******, and showed the kind of naivety you don't expect from a Mourinho side.

Not sure that anyone here disagrees with that though, we're more saying: "we won't begrudge Frank for scoring that goal because he's still a legend and always will be."

Don't pretend mate. You knew exactly what you were doing. If I posted LOL in your thread, you would be throwing insults my way as well. I can't actually believe you are still trying to defend yourself honestly

Sighs trust me I don't want to feed you anymore by replying but I can't help myself after seeing the gall of it all

One of those is irrelevant, the other is untrue. One more post in this thread about United and I'm going to start handing out infractions. That goes for everyone.

Oh well, life goes on ... Still undefeated this season. Hopefully we smash Bolton in the midweek

I agree. People needs to learn and respect each other.

Well, Chelsea needs to be united after this draw. It's a very good result.

I feel extremely sorry for Lampard! If it comes down to that game that costs Chelsea a league title how devastated would he feel ?

If Lampard ends up costing us the title that means we DON'T DESERVE IT. Sorry but it's so early in the season and it CANNOT be Lampard's fault if we do fail to win the title. It's disgusting to say that.

Great game just watched it. Typical top table clash. City should of won it by there better play, but Chelsea should of seen it out with City down to 10 men. Lampard Chelsea legend scoring, ****** **** football throws up some stories that's for sure. Was true class in his interview at the end.
