We've also got valdez on our bench...and liverpool have got Mignolet starting...

One of the worst 'keepers in the league. And one of the most vulnerable areas of the team.

That has gone completely unaddressed for the second straight summer.

Brilliant. sighs.

On the plus side, you may well have Valdes starting before not too long so there is that. :P

Oh, cute. You, I and everyone else knows full well what you insinuated; but for the sake of board peace and harmony let's just carry on like the first two posts never happened and clarify with Arsenal, Chelsea, L'pool, Utd and City.

Delusion to even name Liverpool as having better CM, even if it's arguable. They are easily top 5 team in the league but saying you can make case for their CMs as strongest is non sense.

Links to Griezzman have ressurected (finally) ... Reports that Atletico want Salah. We really should try and work out something with them. Griezzman would be an excellent addition

There's a contradiction in terms, 'delusional even if it's arguable.'

Like I said, it's all subjective but outside of Chelsea's three, you could make an equally strong case for Liverpool and Utd's three. The fact that Rodgers persists in playing them out of position is neither here nor there. I wouldn't consider City at all right now and I personally aren't too hot in Arsenal in that department.

All down to perception.

Perception? lol.

I said even saying arguable is delusion. It's like saying Nani was as good as Ronaldo and excuse is perception.

Liverpool CM is Henderson, Lucas, Joe Allen, Milner, Can. In which way they are anywhere close to ManUtd's? City's midfield is miles better than Liverpool's.

That's a load of bollocks IMO.

Valuable? He's not as good as Cech so no chance of beating Courtois to the throne!

Good keeper too, quite a waste really as there are some teams (Liverpool) who would really need that!

If he's happy though good on him!

Can, Milner and Coutinho. I'd happily put that up against anyone. All your lacking is Can's experience. Football wise, he's a fantastic kid with a real good football brain on him. Coutinho alone walks into most any side in England as a number 10. Real nice to see him finally getting the recognition his talents deserve from the football community last year. Not least his peers. Millers is as experienced and reliably consistent International as they come.

But hey, it's just another case of L'pool players being over rated and you can brush it off as delusional.

Funny by how that only works when it comes to L'pool players/ fans huh? Very strange.

But it's ultimately a subjective debate and all down to perception.

Yeah, it's not with Liverpool fans. It's with only you.

ManCity: Fernandinho, Yaya Toure, Silva
Arsenal: Ramsey, Coq, Ozil, Carzola.
ManUtd: Bastian, Schneiderlin, Herrera, Carrick
Liverpool: Henderson, Milner, Coutinho.

Yeah, it's really arguable.

Milner stock has gone so high few even argue he is better than Messi. He is just a squad player and was underrated. Kind of like Park. Can has done absolutely nothing to even consider.

Yeah, no surprise at all that you'd say that. Pity Phillipe doesn't play elsewhere or you might actually appreciate him but that is what it is.

Well, we're very happy with what we have in that department. Just the manger playing them out of position that's the problem.

I like the Begovic purchase. Think he makes me as comfortable and calm as I was last season when it comes to having a solid GK.

We need those world-class players now. I hope we get them by the end of July so they can get ready for the start of the season. We need as strong a start as last season.

If it helps, you're both washed up, ****** clubs run by a delusional madman, neither of you has a chance of achieving real success this season or beating us, your players all suck, your fans are impoverished in terms of both finance and passion, your grounds make the Emirates look like the Millerntor, your wives never really loved you and the colour red is crappy compared to blue.

Now, if we could get back to much more important issues, like pining for big signings and hoovering up every youth talent in sight, that'd be great.

Pity he plays for Liverpool. Otherwise you wouldn't have said he is the best #10 in the league.

Even when ManUtd were winning league titles for fun, no one rated midfield of Cleverley, Carrick as one of the best because it's easy to say what is quality and what is plain average.

Now that Begovic is sorted it kind of feels like the windows just opened for us.

Yeah, fully expect Mourinho to add one or two top tier additions to keep you comfortably clear in England.

Still think your lacking too much in Europe though, even given how he sets a side up.
