why dont you just sell him. he cant even make it on our ******* bench and we can use the money to get someone young like De Bruyne

I don't think we should sell him, but even if we are going to then we should give him a new contract anyway because we can then get more money for him.

Anyway.

Chris why should we not sell him? Its apparent that he is not good enough to make our bench anymore with the arrival of Mata, Lukaku and El Nino and the re-emergence of Anelka, if we are to progress as a club his spot in the 25 man squad can be filled ably by somebody else, I would not mind Adam Johnson plus Chris we can get around 4-6m from his selling and use that money to buya player who better fits into our system or use that to subsidize costs for a big signing

Chelsea pay 2mill for 14 year old English lad!!!!
Chelsea pay £2m for 14-year-old Oluwaseyi Ojo | Mail Online

3 bids inside 45min... talk about moving fast and this lad was courting serious interest from the likes of Manchester United and Liverpool as well, he is english too so thats another bonus

Well, he certainly seems talented but as is usual with these young players, they may look like world-beaters at the age of 14 but may end up playing in the lower league's when they reach 20, fingers crossed this fella does well for us

With that name, if he's English then I'm Samoan. What happened to the Johns and Peters of the world?!

What position does he play?

what a goal machine this guy is........
at one point while watching i even got bored ... what a machine really :)

i will be more than happy if we sign him , however, doesnt seem real.

Chelsea should play delac more often instead of chec cause chec is getting older and not quite as good(still amazing though) but in smaller matches(eg league cup etc)

Cech is still only 29/30 and as Van der sar proved keepers can still be top class way into their late thirties/ early fourties.

GK situation is slightly tricky .... i expect that Cech will continue playing for another 6-7 years before he hands over full-time to young Thibaut Courtois, plus I expect that Thibaut will be on loan at At Madrid for 2 years before coming back to sit on our bench for another 4-5 years and adapt to the pace of the english game so that when Cech hangs up his gloves, he will be fully prepared mentally and physically to take on the challenge and be our No. 1

How can we get 4-6 million for him? He will go on a free next summer if we don't give him a new contract! And I doubt we will sell him in January, but if we did we'll get hardly anything for him, so it won't be worth it.

Agreed, maybe its better for us if we offer him anew contract so his value remains true

I'm merely referring to his first name, considering I live in a country where the majority is descended from immigrants and none of my last names is Spanish, it'd be hypocritical of me to complain about his last name, but 'Oluwaseyi'? Jesus ******* Christ good luck to whoever is the commentator when he makes his debut.

I went to an inner London comprehensive secondary school, and as a result some of the names were truly brilliant. 'Dexter Hercules' was a personal favourite, but perhaps more relevant to this conversation is 'Olofinjana-Yelameh Akinfoyeku'. And yes, that first name was said in full like that. ;)

We don't have proper names in this country anymore anyway. Chav culture destroyed that

That's just a corker XD

What person in his/her right mind would name a child like that?! Such cruelty should not be allowed.

Ajt, I like you, but that was a truly stupid thing to say. It sounded like something a Mail journalist would vomit up after a night out. Don't make me destroy you with long paragraphs of doom. ;)
