I don't think starting Drogba is necessarily the way to go, when Chelsea are trying to build a more cultured passing game.
That said, the people who say Drogba's time has come need their heads checked. He's still the world's finest bulldozer forward, and an all-round striker of the type that comes around rarely. If the opposition drops deep and brings the striker close to goal, he's still one of the best aerial strikers you'll see. Quite apart from that, he's, well, Didier Drogba, a modern Chelsea legend, and I don't think he's willing to go out just yet.
