The Chelsea vs Bayern Thread? In the thread of your fellow Arsenal fans who I'm sure would be happy to agree?

I'm sorry that you find JT lifting a trophy so sickening. If I was you, I would invest in a bucket because you're going to be seeing a lot more of it.

John Terry didn't play in the match - I felt it more appropriate to post it in the Chelsea thread. I'll PM you next time before I post so you can just link me to where I should put my posts. Is that ok with you mate?

You obviously posted it in the Chelsea Thread to get a reaction coupled with the fact that you felt the need to say something negative in order to get over your disappointment that Chelsea are the first London Club to win a European Cup. Why pretend otherwise?

Pretty sure you lot are in both threads.

Well I have to say I was pretty happy that Spurs are knocked out of the CL. Obviously I would like Arsenal to have won it first - but what your club concern me that much. What I didn't like was the classless in the decision to allow Terry to lift the trophy.

I'm not pretending to be anything. Our time will come. We're still the biggest club in London.
How many European cups have you won?

(This is great)

Made me laugh that after we **** ourselves about Gomez in the other thread, he was woeful tonight.

He had enough chances to kill the game off and most of the time he does bury those type of chances but he was woeful today coupled with some excellent defending by Cahill/Luiz to deny him space and frustrate him. I was still reeling after realising Betrand will be starting but by god did that young lad put in a good performance. Deserves a lot of credit

What was so classeless in the decision? He got a red card which can happen to anyone. He is our captain. Why should UEFA prevent him from lifting the cup? Because he got a red card?

And if you are pointing towards the racism case then firstly it would be unfair of UEFA to prevent him because of that incident because it happened in the PLM not the Champions League. Innocent until proven guilty should also be factored in

Plus you admitted you dont like his face and thats why you dont want him lifting the cup. Why try to go for a different angle of attack now?

Thank you all for a season of ups and downs. Been a lot of times when I felt ****** about how the year was going and talking to you guys really helped me keep faith. You're all true blues.

If off to bed now or I'm never going to get rid of my hangover before the parade.

There you go. You've said it. You won 1 more European Cup than us. Congratulations.

Drop me a PM when you've won 13 English titles, and one of which was an unbeaten season. Not just one run in which you didn't look like scoring at all, relied on a side missing chance after chance, and you only ever looked like scoring when you had a corner in which you could send the brutes up front.

Drop me a PM when you actually win something in the coming years... not just be satisfied with a top 4 finish and call that success and then spend a summer worrying about losing your best players.

Because Chelsea fans mate dont live in the past ;)

Doesnt matter how you win the games. Chelseas style of play has won them many trophies In the past few years and Arsenals pretty football in the last 7 years has won them...

Go to bed Alc, your time is worth more than this :)

It gets frustrating. First you have all the Scousers come in here and post **** because a small minority of Chelsea fans disrespected the Hillsborough disaster. Like they never sand songs about Munich and all

Then we all everyone saying how Bayern will pummel Chelsea and how they will support Bayern because Chelsea sickens them

Then we win the trophy, they come in here trolling

Obviously people cant handle that Chelsea's rise in the past 8 years and instead of calling for their club to adapt, they are content to live in their past history and troll us while they are at it

Morning GC.

What are doing up?

I don't feel too tired, I suppose. Since everyone in the Cardiff pub I was watching it in was supporting Bayern, I decided to be a patriotic Englishman and support Chelsea. Needless to say I enjoyed my victory dance after the game. Great day's football, in the end.

That's what I would shouted in response to people chanting for Bayern.

Out of interest GC, valid tactics tonight do you think. Bayern are getting flack for taking off Muller but it's exactly what I would have done. As for our gameplan, I think it was tactically excellent but im very biased so I'd like a second opinion.

Christ, why would he want to hurt Sanchez and risk getting red-carded. He obviously did a stupid thing but it can happen to anyone

You answered your own question. If by it can happen to anyone, you mean your knee can suddenly violently spasm just as you're stood behind someone, you would be correct. However, I somehow doubt that is what happened to Terry. Most people have at least a double digit IQ that can decide that kneeing someone in the back in a CL semi-final is a stupid thing to do and puts your team in an awful lot of trouble for no reason, alas ol' John decided against this.

And I don't really care for the argument you're having with Frankie or whatever, I just don't see how you can justify what Terry did as can happen to anyone. No, you have to be a special kind of moron for it to happen to you.
