Hiddink will not be comming back to Chelsea in any capacity

---------- Post added at 12:25 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:24 PM ----------

I would rather Chelsea have Boas rather than Hiddink. So rather pleased with this. Chelsea are just paying €15mill for a puppet really.

A puppet?? And why is this?

Yet. Could still happen when his contract finishes though.

Roman will never change, he is great for pumping in the money but his role doesn't stop there. He sticks his nose in team selection and transfers - the manager will never have full control.

And you know this how?? He may sign some players ok but no way has he picked the team.

It is clear he has a say in the team. Last season he told the press that Torres would start next season and the whole team would be based around him. He also tries to dictate the style of play the team plays. That should be the role of the manager.

You can guarrentee he didnt say that and i'll tell you why. Considering he never does interviews unless you met him personly he never said that. He wants to see a change in the way we play thats why he bought Torres and is getting in Boas and there is nothing wrong with that.

think he is right.. Roman is extremely involved in managerial process.. Remember that Roman was the man who signed Torres, Carlo didnt even want him..

He asked Carlo about Torres and Carlo agreed. Yes he was Romans idea but he asked the manager unlike the Shevchenko situation when he went behind Mourinho's back.

Of course Carlo will agree, what do you expect him to say? I dont want Torres (one of the best strikers the world has ever seen) ?!
Sheva case was different, yes.

Thats my point, its not like he done another Shevchenko thing.

AVB is in London right now? I hope this thing ends before the end of the day cuz im ****** tired of waiting.

Yes Roman wanted him, but Carlo wanted him too and had been trying to get him since Summer 2010.

This thing should end by today.... hopefully today is the start of a new era in Chelsea's long and slightly **** history lol

Okay, bad choice of words(Carlo didnt even want him) He did, of course.
What I meant to say was when Roman decides to buy someone, no manager in the world would stop him from doing that. That was what I meant, Roman happens to be involved in every part of managerial process, hes always been.. since 2003. Its just inevitable. Thats who he is. Dictator maybe is the right word.
And that would be pretty much the case with AVB, no doubt. If he thinks he will be given full power, man .. he should have never resigned. He will be sacked in a year from now anyway. If he doesnt deliver either CL or PL. am I right brother?

Maybe ur right BlueHeart but if Roman has any sense,he will see that right now he has an extremely talented and young manager who is capable of taking the club in the right direction for years to come, he needs to give AVB time if we are to ever realise our CL Dream

I dont think your right this time. I think even if we dont win anything next season he will be given another chance but if things havent improved start/mid of the following season then he will be out and our DOF Hiddink will step in.

Yea, we have been saying that for years now.. 'he should give jose more time' 'he should give carlo more time' ...
BEEN THERE, DONE THAT. u know.
all this is bullshit.. and we are the ones who are being hurt, not the managers, not the players.

Ok, fair enough. And he could be sacked a year from now if he wins neither of them two, but I think as long as he wins either the FA Cup or League Cup and contends in the PL up until the very end and gets to at least the quarters in the CL, then I think he'll stay. Or Roman could surprise us all and stick with him however well we do.

Of course they're being hurt...just as much as we are, especially Carlo.
