Asking me for an opinion without stats? Asking the wrong man. :P

But... it's a close one, a very close one. Both are the same age, both are in good form. However. On one hand, Soldado has a better scoring record, that much is undeniable. On the other, Negredo is more than just a pure finisher, and a brilliant all-round forward capable of playing any kind of role at all, as well as being physically more imposing and likely better suited to the Prem. On top of that, he's likely available for cheaper. Soldado's an excellent player, but in my eyes Negredo takes it, if only because of my massive Negredoboner.

Then there's Lewandowski *LewandoBoner*...........

No it was not me lol, Rafa actually deserves credit today for his game plan as he got it right. Like i have always said and will always say if i believe credit is due i will give it, if not then i will slate.

Fantastic scoreline and performance today and credit as much as i hate it must go to the gaffer. Luiz was brilliant today although against a young naive side so there is a long way to go with him if he is to play that position but signs are positive for sure. Went mad when we scored our forth as i knew it was game over and got asked to stop swearing by a man sitting next to me who had kids, oops lol. UTC!!!!

Did you attend the game today Carl? If so you certainly got your moneys worth! :)

Soldado would work great , need a quick thinking guy upfront who can keep up with all the voodoo the mid trio is doing.

And if Lewandowski knows what's good for him he'll just stay in Dortmund. No real shot to play in any of the top3, and aiming any lower is rather debatable in terms of improving his skills and the trophy cabinet...just the wallet.

No i actually let my mate use my membership to get herself a ticket!!! Not only did she get to see us win 8-0 she got interviewed by SkySports!!!!! My next game will be QPR and then 3 days later at Southampton.

Rafa out.

But seriously, you guys havent had a coach as good in a while, I'd arguably say since Jose, as good as Carlo Ancellotti is. If Roman has sense, this would be permanent. And there is still room to improve for Chelsea on the pitch and in terms of new players.

What about Guus Hiddink? I know it was only ever temporary but he was world-class.

Off a facebook page:

[h=5]Chelsea FC / Sevilla FC : We can confirm that Chelsea is negotiating for the transfer of 27-year old spanish striker Alvaro Negredo from Sevilla FC . Sevilla is pushing for 23M euros while Chelsea doesnt want to spend more than 15M euros . Spanish Press is mentioning a fee in the region of 18M euros .

FYI : when Negredo extended his contract with Sevilla until 2016 last season ( October 2011 ) , the club added a 50M euros release clause . Quite a price cut :)[/h]

When you say facebook page, which one? GodCubed may get his wish to see him in Premier League after all.

I'm really, really, really excited about Negredo. About time he took a step up and at 15-20m could be a bargain with the over priced strikers market.

Lol no. You have no idea just how excited I am by this news.

NEGREDO NEGREDO NEGREDO NEGREDO BAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

I will partially support Chelsea for the rest of the season if he signs.

Umm free... The amount of wages he will free up is a transfer fee in it's own sense

How much would you lot let Torres go for?

If it's just money involved i'd be happy with 15-20mill but if your talking about a swap with lets say Falcao i'd pay 30mill for Falcao plus Torres
