What does that have to do with being a team player? Demba will have many opportunites, it's his first game. Lampard's opportunities are numbered. Be ******* sensible.

Didn't realise Ba would have many opportunities to score a hattrick on his debut.

Yeah it was unsporting by Lamps, but at the same time he'll be leaving anyway so just let him enjoy what time he has left at the club. He's now above Kerry Dixon in 2nd, in the all time scoring chart for the club

I was very surprised Lamps didnt let Ba take the penalty, i personally would have..

but its no big deal, he scored 2, Chelsea won 5-1.

anybody think rafa will play torres and ba together?

Nope..

It will be 4-2-3-1 ... best chance of both being on is if Ba is played in the three, which again is doubtful

Rafa likes one striker, even when we brought Keane, it was one or the other

He's likely leaving at the end of the season and wants to be the clubs all time top scorer. I don't see a problem with him taking the penalty.

This is what we can do when we stop playing with a 4-2-3-0 system.

Wouldn't happen to be a Lampard fanboy by any chance would you?

Lampard doesn't need the goal

He's chasing 200 goals and most likely only has time until summer. In the end both 200 goal and hattrick are just statistic, but first is arguably a lot bigger deal, so i wouldn't hold it against Frank.

Just saying, Even with Nando starting up front you have won 8-0, 5-1, 6-1 recently

Torres has turned into a scapegoat for Chelsea on certain occasions
