Lol, one banner is equivalent to Chelsea's hall of fame now? I don't even need to make the obvious disparagement of Chelsea fans there. :p

I've seen a banner which says "I like cookies" in a crowd before. It's hardly a ****** trophy.

Rofl. That same banner could work for Rafa. Maybe edited to "I'd like cookies".

Haha, this is why it would be hilarious if you can win Europa League.

I almost can't wait for the massive butthurt that will occur when people realise it means that Rafa's face will be on prominent display in club museum.

You do love seeing us hurt, dontcha.

"Bring me tapas"

Indeed. Not so sure about Turnbull, maybe we will still offer him a contract, because I doubt we will put Thibaut as a 2nd choice.

So, come on Jose, bring some CM maestro please.

Turnbull isn't exactly heavy on the wages, and he's serviceable enough as a number 2.

Moutinho would be perfect for Chelsea, and have the added benefit of making Mike. cry.

+1 for Moutinho

Mike. will definitely cry if we buy Strootman, but that would be only possible if Roman knew who Strootman is.

Is it just me or Cech is a bit out of shape lately?

Christ. All I am hoping for is that at the end of the season, the fans show some appreciation for the work Rafa has done. Rafa has worked hard under difficult circumstances. I believe he has done a pretty good job. Top 4 and a European final is pretty good especially when you consider Mourinho wants 4 high-quality players just for a title challenge

Well i just hope Rafa gets another job in PL soon. Whether you rate him as top manager or not, he has the sort of competetiveness and never-surrender attitude about him that always adds plenty of spice and entertainment to the season.

You never know what might happen with this guy, one game he makes spectacular comeback from 0-2 vs. the champions by making seemingly idiotic defensive substitution, the next game he loses to QPR.

I'm glad Mou is coming back, with Fergie and Rafa gone PL would become incredibly dull.

Thibaut Courtois has just won the Zamora trophy which is awarded to the La Liga Keeper with the best goals to games ratio which Courtois wins by a fair distance. I really can't remember the last time a goalkeeper not from Barcelona or Real Madrid won this award so well done Courtois. He has had an excellent season

Oh and Paul Scholes was asked which PL player he liked watching the most. Answers Juan Mata without any hesitation

Hmm... I always thought that was awarded to the player who loses the most balls over the stands during the season ;)

Yes, I'm an unoriginal ****.

Missed the game today but I ain't even too mad. Benteke apparently deserved to be off so that's fine, I'm just annoyed we couldn't make more of a game with it and keep 11 men on the field because apparently we were doing well.

I'm really pleased for Lampard though.

Wait what

Not the first time i have given him credit to be fair although it has been minimal. Gave him credit for the Mikel sub at OT in the cup and changing formation away at Everton.

I would say good job. Not great, but good. 7/10. I think what should annoy Chelsea fans is that, even just recalling a few players, it might have been more. Club needs to get a grip on that front.

And you can agree that this is something i have never blamed him for and talked about quite a few times. I fully understand he has had a tough job but just in my opinion he has not made it easier for himself at times.

Turnbull, Hilario, Ferreira, Lamps (probably), Benayoun, Malouda all leaving in the summer.

Well with Paulo and Yossi that's 100k a week alone!!!!! Chuck in Malouda and that's 170k! From what i have heard (inside info) Lampard and the club have re entered negotiations, and he is willing to take a huge pay cut. Figures saying he will go down to as low (low in football, Lampard and Chelsea terms) to 80k a week.

How many times have we heard that?

An entire XI. Its ridiculous

thats mad and none play in the first team think the owner is doing what real did buy 1 or 2 world class players and tell the manger there you go make them a team but the young players chelsea has is insane

I'm not sure what their plan is, but the quality on loan could have had a very good impact on Chelsea had they been here, att things being equal.

Chelsea 'B' team could propably compete for CL qualification all by itself. In the meantime the first squad has awful bench all while playing longest season in history.

I would have to write a very large book if i wanted to accurately express just how absolutely moronic that is.
