AGAIN - AN AWFUL playing.

this is absolute joke. NO CREATIVITY AT ALL, A LOT OF WRONG PASSES, BAD DEFENDING, BAD ATTACKING, AND EVEN WORSE MIDFIELD.

seriously, i thought we needed some minor changes, but man, we need at least 5 new players.

Jesus Christ have a word with yourself man!!! ITS PRE-SEASON!!!!! Last season we won one pre-season game and lost 3 out of 4 and then lost the Community Shield but then went on to win out first 6 games scoring 25goals in the process!! Pre-season for me is about players gaining fitness genuinly just playing football again and most importantly getting your touch back (which isent easy on the pitch we played on yesterday). Seriously just chill!!

screw the tactics, see the individualities like Lampard, who was just a joke these games. So dont patronize me.

its not AVB's fault, never said that? Players are **** now, Lampard is waaaaaay too lazy, slow, and I think his time is over at the top level, i really do.

Good luck getting Anelka to leave. Already stated his intention to see out his contract and leave on a free next season. Some of the Chelsea seniors seem to think its an Old Boys club. Personally I'd be warning them to shape up or spend the season on the bench

cmon man, ive read lot of different things, i aint believe it anymore.
he has to understand he has to buy immediately, before its too late. i mean we are not the only club searching for players.
i mean he may be a good coach, tactician and everything, but with this current squad we have no bright future.
yea you say this is only his second game, yea okay. but individuals dont change no matter what the tactic is. Their abilities have to be there.

I go away for 2 days and come back on here to find such negativaty its unreal!!! PRE-SEASON FELLOW CHELSEA SUPPORTERS!!!!

One thing that made me laugh alot on ChelseaTV yesterday was one of the reporters (cant remember who at the time, may have been Le Saux) said "Its a huge bonus for Bertrand to be training with a player like Cole, he can learn from him on and off the field". Now i personly as people know couldnt care less what footballers do off the field but even i would say dont learn from Cole off the field Bertrand please lol.

News is the AVB tried to sign him for Porto, but Barca didn't sell as they were confident that he will sign extension. He refused to sign one and has only year left on contract. He is highly rated player.

According to what i read, the person who broke the news said nothing about buy back clause.

He has only year left on his contract so Barca are not in strong position to put all the clauses they want to..

Never heard of him or seen him but for 5mill euros i would expect some talent.

In that sence its true yes, hopefully a chance of tactics and the un assurance of first team places will get their mojo back.

Anyone mentioned that Courtois has officially joined AM on loan? And on the Romeu point he almost joined Stoke in January, and Barce tried to put a buy back clause of 6 million for him which Gourlay probably responed with ''*ck you''. Expecting an incoming from Athletico, not Aguero. Maybe (probably) a youngster like Borja but possibly a move to smooth over a Godin/Forlan deal. If Anelka is sold to Turkey/Russia then his replacement imo should be Forlan, brilliant player.

last season he was loaned out. it would be pretty pointless if we loaned courtois to just be a back up there...

Could make sence if its a rolling loan i.e we get the choice to bring him back at any time. I heard him say he expects to be Chelsea's first choice in 4-5 years so maybe 3 years at Atletico would make sence.

Yeah Forlan is purely my personal choice . Courtois loan has essentially based around the fact that at no point can a transfer be discussed. Pure loan, no chance of AM buying him or else there is a penalty clause if AM launch a bid. Think the penalty clause agreed is 19m or something ridiculous to deter any AM bid/'tapping Courtois up' deterent more than anything. If AM launch any official approach they will have to legally pay CFC that money and Courtois will be recalled. Crazy clauses around atm.

He is very good talent. AVB wanted him when he was at Porto but Barca didn't want to sell. He is one of their best prospect along with Thiago..
