Haven't paid full attention to the game due to elections in my country...
but still...
MATA!!!!!!!!!!!!! MATA MATA MATA MATA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going bonkers very soon~~~

At the start of the game, Norwich looked in a total mess. They tried to play 5 at the back, and they didn't have a clue what to do, and Chelsea made their domination count, with the brilliant goal by Jose Bosingwa. When Norwich changed formation, they could have easily scored more, but their goal was a Hilarious error by our own Chelsea Gomes. When Mata came on, he looked sharp, he could instinctively pick out a player, and perfectly weight the ball towards him, and Lukaku didn't look bad either. He deserved his goal. Hope Drogba is ok, but I thought today, Norwich were unlucky to go down to 10, and Chelsea were fortunate to stay with 11 on the field.

Anyway, a win's a win, and hopefully we can start to mould a team around Lukaku and Mata!

Juan Manuel Mata Garcia!!!!! Fair play to Norwich, they played very well today but the introduction of Mata and Lukaku just turned it in our favour massivly.

Holy ****.

From what i have seen,if chelsea keeps performing this way the top 3 at the end of the season should be Man Utd, Man City and Liverpool(in any order), with Arsenal, tottenham and chelsea fighting for 4th.

Lampard is pass his best, drogba seems to be out for a long time and the defence and partially the midfield looks abit dodgy against a team that just got promoted.

Mata did very well and will be key for chelsea this season but if norwich didnt get down to 10 man no one knows if chelsea will be able to get a win.

It's a shame McEachran didn't get on, but I think he genuinely might have if it wasn't for Drogba getting injured.

Its 3 ******* games!!!!! Chelsea under Mourinho went through a long period at the start of just doing enough to win games 1-0. Main thing is we are winning these games.

Chill man =/ i said from what ive seen so far. Just stating my opinion, not meant to direct it at anyone. My opinions change throughout the course of the season depending on how teams perform. lol

1. As Jacko says it's only 3 games in.
2. We will be signing a playmaker, I'm sure of it. Which will improve the squad and midfield a lot.
3. When Mata and Lukaku came on we looked a lot more comfortable, and I think that would have been the case with, or without Norwich having 10 men.

Mourinho's first 10 PL games:
1-0 win Man Utd
1-0 win Birmingham
2-0 win Crystal Palace
2-1 win Southampton
0-0 draw Villa
0-0 draw Spurs
1-0 win Boro
1-0 win Liverpool
0-1 defeat Man City
4-0 win Blackburn

It took 10 games before Mourinho's tactics started comming out plus the return of Robben who was the last piece of our jigsaw. Mata could well be the Robben of back then if you get mu drift. Main thing is getting 3 points and we are doing that.

Re VDW, already been asked.

Not a chance, Bayern/Chelsea not keen on him after he had such a poor season. Ajax would sell for 7m pounds but no one is offering because he had such a poor season. Wildest story I've seen on talksport all summer.

DI SANTO bagged 2!

I'm not surprised, had him in my FT for a reason. He's already hit the woodwork twice and won a penalty in the previous 2 games shouldn't surprise anyone he's scored.

And I'm strangely glad (To an extent) that Drog can take a 3-4 week rest now because lets face it he's not been the same for a year and a rest can only do him good. When him and Mikel go to the ACON Romeu/Lukaku will get their chance I'm sure of it.

Anyone wondering why Chelsea played a 4-4-2 variation, answers fairly simple when you look at the two strikers who will be at Chelsea in 3 years time...Lukaku and Torres can't play in a 4-3-3 together that's clear so the idea has to be (going forward) a formation incorporating two strikers.

Overall, decent display and Ramires played well but still feel the central midfield is lacking a playmaker.

And re Wilshere tweet on Mata cutting McEachran's chances, why does everyone think Mata is a CAM/CM?

It really annoys me, he's a winger who can on occasion play centrally (And even then CAM not CM), baffling comparison between McEachran and Mata.

But overall a solid display, Bosingwa is living up to what most of us expected when AVB signed...A rejuvenation of Bosingwa's career back to being a WC right back and he is getting there.
