Wasnt aimed at Drogba, but the players ive mentioned before, who arent willing to look at their own performances
But its the way he has done it, its okay dropping the players etc but do it by respecting them. A very good source said a few weeks ago he dosen't even acknowledge the players when he walks past them. He is a very young man and to get the respect of these big ego's you have to do it in a right way and he has not done that.

Was Watching Revista De La Liga and Ballague was saying the goalie they have on loan from you either hasnt let in a goal in over 6 hours of football or has kept a clean sheet for 6 games running. (Cant remember what one it was)

No matter how much Redknapp and co want to hype him, he's not really worth 60k a week either. He could be a very good player but at the moment he's a midtable striker deployed on the wing, which makes him look better than he is (Move him into the middle and we'd see how good his footwork is vs a pair of centrebacks who don't have to balance marking him with getting forward). The problem with that is that he is a wide striker in every way, which sounds like an odd thing to empthasise but it's actually something that's kind of rare. He doesn't even try and perform in any other way: when he gets the ball it's all about dribbling as many players as he needs to shoot or taking ridiculous shots from distance. He has 1.1 KPpG which is alright but if you actually watch him most of those come from a reluctant squaring of the ball rather than any sort of through ball. His cross ratio, for a wide player, is also pretty woeful. I'm not saying he's a bad player but ****** **** he's limited in what he can or, I supect, what he wants to do with the ball.

They aren't youth. Your saying he will get rid of 9 players in the summer but how are we going to replace them 9 players with FFP now in order??? I take it you mean we are going to sell the likes of Bosingwa, Malouda, Drogba, Lampard, Terry, Kalou and who else??? Because just looking at these 6 players taking their age and contractual status into count we would be lucky to get 30million for the lot.

McEachran isnt ready clearly, Romeu has already played 14 games. He could play Josh, but it might cost you 4th. Cahill is actually pretty average, Brana is a better CB, and AVB is relying on Boswinga's attacking prowess.
They free up lots of wages for a start, that is the big killer on FFP, far more than Transfers
