PVA has potential but its of no use if he cannot fulfill it, Kakuta has done fairy well at Djion but I doubt he will be playing a big part next season.
Also if AVB does get the sack, who will you all like to see at the helm?
Mourinho? Benitez? Capello?
My personal favourite would be Unai Emery, has done wonders with Valencia on a tight budget whilst getting the best out of the likes of Soldado and I think he will be world-class if he is given money to spend in the transfer market. A very tactically astute manager who commands the respect of his players
PvA can definitely fulfil his potential, and what's the difference between PvA and Bertrand? They're both equally developed, but I think PvA has more potential and is younger.
Kakuta did say that AVB has a project for him when he is back at CFC, but he might have just said that to be nice, who knows?! But currently he has 3 goals in 3 appearances, and at least 1 assist, though I think it could be 2.
Unai Emery is a good shout, I quite like him, and he's been learning English. He did say to Guillem Balague that in a few months he hopes to be able to do interviews in English. He also said that he'd welcome a job in the PL, and that is why he is learning English.
I also like Rudi Garcia at Lille. He likes good football, and IF we get Eden Hazard he would know how to get the best out of him, and they get on very well.
I'd say possibly Mourinho, but since he's been at Real I've grown quite a strong hate (not 'hate' as such because this is a man I used to adore, and I don't know him personally, but he's gone down in my estimations) for him, but I'm sure if he did rejoin us that he would return to his 'normal' self because I personally feel that being at Real Madrid has changed him a lot as a person, and definitely not for the better. But, I do like attractive football, and I think if Mourinho was to rejoin us he would not bring us attractive football.
Benitez and Capello are good managers, but they aren't managers who I'd like at Chelsea.
But I think AVB will be here at the end of the season, which is what I'd prefer. IF he was to be sacked then I think Emery and Garcia would top my list.
There are some other good options though. Another who's been learning English and is a good coach is Pochettino at Espanyol; he's been rumoured as the next manager of Real, and I'm sure he would be considered.
