I was about to post saying I think we still need a central midfielder and in FM terms a deep lying playmaker e.g Modric.

Rumours of Hulk going around now, no thanks.

Apparently he has been in talks with four Premier League clubs, all rumours though, I like Hulk as a player but not sure if Chelsea would need him.

A right winger who cuts in and shoots??? Think we have one already!!!

Also Marin is quoted to saying: "
Chelsea is my dream, Tottenham were interested earlier, but i rejected them to join Chelsea."

Good stuff, already slating Spurs will get you a long way mate lol.

Yes I know dude, I said I don't think Chelsea would need him :P

It's nothing to do with him as such its the ridiculous price we'd have to pay that I don't want anything to do with.

Oh i know you did lol, i was just trying to be funny with my spin on it.

Oh right lol, yes I think McEachran deserves a chance, not too sure whether Chelsea will look to fill that position though with some quality, we all know how Roman likes to get involved with his transfers :P

At times he has come up trumps with his signings, but i hope Josh is given a proper chance next season. It's a shame because i feel he would have played more for Chelsea since Di Matteo took over than he has for Swansea.

Espanyol have a banner behind one of the goals which reads "Thanks Chelsea". Epic stuff lol.

I like the look of Chalobah and Feruz, particularly Nats. Very athletic centre-back. Puts me in mind of a Thiago Silva or Rio Ferdinand, albeit without the latter's extraordinary intelligence and reading of the game (yet).

I went to the Youth Cup Final the other week, they both scored and both played incredibly. Chalobah was playing in a defensive centre-midfield role and bossed the game along with Swift and Baker. Feruz scored 2 very good poachers goals but probably should work on his discipline (he got frustrated later and put in a stupid needless tackle to earn himself a yellow.)

I have Feruz on Twitter and i must say he strikes me as a very big headed young man. Also takes a lot of stick but does not mind giving back and some lol. No doubt he is a brilliantly talented young lad though.

Most media outlets suggest we will go with Bosingwa at centre back tomorrow which frightens the ***** out of me to be honest. It would be just typical Chels after knocking Barca out, signing a young talented player, Newcastle getting smashed and Arsenal dropping 2 points that we will fail to win against one of our rivals.

The news just hit me in the face. wtf.

I liked Marin before except for his attitude, not sure how good he is NOW considering the fact I've barely watched Bundesliga this season.

please enlighten me, what is his preferred/natural position? #10 or winger? I've watched him play on the wing (right) but that may have changed.

Has only played 17 league games this season due to injuries but seems as if they use him on the left side (malouda replacement) as he can use both feet pretty well.

Probably as a number 10 - and that's where he's been played this season - but I'd say he's better wide, and the presence of Mata means he'll certain to go wide.

He has no choice lol, he isn't going to push Mata out the side!!!!

I see. So Mata can take the #10 position then. Finally. The player we need exactly to unleash Mata.

Well I'm happy we are working in the right direction, and this signing hopefully will be the first of many steps toward that much needed overhaul.
Hopefully he can work on his attitude as well, because last time I checked he had a huge behaviour issue.

Too bad as Marin has a tendency to take his sweet time on the ball and fluff attacks by not passing the ball.
