To be honest I agree with you here, Kroos is so much more dangerous in the CAM position compared to when Muller plays there instead and Kroos is dropped back to the Defensive Midfield role because Gustavo is missing.
I'm blinkered by Capello's boring ways. There's no real reason for me not to want him but I just don't, I can't see how it would benefit us long term. I guess the ins and outs would happen as he is ruthless..
This is a load of ****. At the end of the day I much prefer if Bayern's team was at full strength along with ours. With the stupid yellow card rule, fans will not be getting the spectacle they deserve. Instead teams will be forced to alter their style pof play due to the suspensions which will have an impact on the quality of the game

Seriously, that Sturridge area will be the most dangerous area in our team. Malouda is poor as ****, but he can track back and defend.. Not sure, really a tricky one. Sturridge has pace and can beat a player one on one, but defensively he is soooooooo poor. None.

that rule is **** and wrong and ******* disgusting.
You cant possibly avoid getting booked no matter how hard you try there will always be that one mist-timed tackle or stupid moment of dissent. 3 yellow cards over the whole season and suddenly your suspended. Makes more sense to eliminate the rule to ensure a better quality of game for everyone, not just Chelsea/Munich fans

dont bother. His club is either a League 1 side, or a side that doesnt play in CL.
If it is a straight red then the suspension should be upheld but the yellow card rule should be abolished.

Yeah, if it was Neuer, Ribbery and Robben who were booked, i can totally hear you all begging UEFA to remove yellow card rule so the "game quality can be better".
The yellow card rule needs changing, the fact that they changed for the Euros show they actually acknowledge it. It doesn't make sense that you miss the final for picking up 3 cards in 10 games, especially when its not even your fault (Alaba).
Should be wiped before the Semis. Then if you get 2 bookings in 2 games, then you miss the final
I recon Alaba is a big miss for them in the Final to be honest, he looks like a really class player when I have seen him for Bayern this season. Also Gustavo suspended is a big bonus for Chelsea as well for two reasons, firstly because he is a great player but secondly because that means Kroos will play the DM position with Schweinsteiger and I think he is far more effective in the CAM position instead of Muller. Obviously Kroos is a good Defensive Midfielder but I think he is a lot more effective than Muller playing in the CAM role, which he would be if Gustavo was not suspended.
If Gustavo plays like he did vs Dortmund, then is actually a bonus for Bayern he isnt playing, he was terrible. Alaba is a big big blow though could have overloaded Boswinga with ease all game
It makes perfect sense. Remove the rule and its the yellow cards that have no sense. There's no point of booking the players if it has zero impact. Same with wiping the bookings at any stage. If someone got the yellow , tough luck,he propably deserved it.
Ref making a mistake is a completely different issue. They should just thoroughly review all the cards using video replays, but that propably wont happen within our lifetimes.
