So Juan Mata has played 47 games this season. Went to Euro's to play for 5minutes although to be fair he was still training regularly and the schedule was intense and he is a dead cert for Olympics.... Burnout much?

The lads return to Cobham today for the first day of pre-season, im sure I speak for everyone when i say lets hope that we have an injury free pre-season and a little bit of momentum to head into the season!

Chelsea always do upload a short clip to Youtube after every training session. Apparently all 3 will be presented to the media after training ... Pretty excited to see Marin in a Chelsea shirt. I think he will become a star if he sorts out his attitude and gets his head down

I'm sure he wouldn't mind #8…
But I'm sure if De Bruyne does go back out on loan (which he will unless he's very impressive in pre-season) then the number would be made available again if Modrić really wanted it.
Maybe its just me but I am just as excited to see Marin in Blue. Had his best season at Bremen when he was played on the left alongside a conventional No. 10 (Ozil), his problems started when he was shifted to CAM where he was was pretty bad
But at Chelsea he will get a chance to play alongside a proper No. 10 in Mata/Hazard. Hopefully he works hard because he can be a star
