About the whole penalty situation Demba was asked about it and he said e did not want to take it so there you go case closed.

The only reason i can see why we would sign the lad is if Oscar will play a deeper role along side Mikel. Even then it's a strange one.

Well to be fair he does have a point. I've seen Sturridge play a few times and he has been selfish. There's been other players open and rather than pass tries to go for glory. Though I suspect Brendan will drill it into him to be more of a team player. Well I hope so anyway

Sturridge is possibly the greediest player I've ever watched. I wasn't defending him nor condoning it, Nick just needed something to reply to after I showed Lampard for what he is.

Jeez, dude, chill out. I think Lampard becoming the clubs 2nd ever top scorer is a better achievement than a hat-trick in the FA Cup against Southampton.

Jokes aside I think we are really going to miss Viccy Mo. A key player that adds something different to the 3 and adds a bit of strength.
Turns out as a nice bit of business.

Was my MOTM yesterday, been very impressed but not surprised as i knew he would be this good.
