To be fair Dan he is pretty ****. Talented, but without the mentality. He massively needs to get his head right and soon. Hasnt been good since late 2009

You can tell Benitez is playing with one arm tied behind his back. Whatever people think of him, the board have really really let him down by not giving him the abilty to bring in or bring back any players. And even he is bemused about Lampard not being offered a contract. I'm convinced there is more to it behind closed doors.

I agree that he is far from fantastic and he's definitely not good us enough for us atm, but he's not ****. If he was, no one would be interested in him after he leaves us and he would drop down to some second division club or to some terrible league. Can't see that happening, especially with Moscow being interested in loaning him.

There is no doubt about that and never has been and every Chelsea fan will actually sympathise with him over that (well maybe). I have never slated him in these areas and my gripe has been on the tactical decisions he makes.

The mask was provided so he could continue to play while the nose heals.
 
After seeing that Samsung Torres advert i think his performance tonight make me more ill than watching that!!!!! Very happy we won and kept a clean sheet but not happy with a lot of things obviously! I think Rafa needs to stop ******* with Oscar's head, the man is so talented and for me comes across as shy lad who needs an arm round the shoulder type and Rafa does not do that. He seems to pick him and then drop him probably giving him no reason why and that kills players confidence. I think its obvious and has been for weeks that as much as this side is un-balanced we have failed to get results in games where we should have and they are not motivated by him and not playing for him. I will give him credit for the Oscar sub because as much as i though Oscar should start the sub worked so well done for that. The biggest positive was Marin's performance, in a week where he has played his most minutes for the club (came on as sub last saturday, hour for the U21's monday and over an hour today) and scoring 2 goals too he looks like he is actually fit and looked our most dangerous player today by a country mile. Looking forward to the 2nd leg especially as i am going. I will say that there is absolutely no way we will win this tournament with Torres as our striker, i really fail to see where the harm would have been to put Feruz on the bench.

Fantastic option, never really got the chance at Madrid. They just signed attacking players and asked him to play them all so his team lacked balance big time.
 
Went to the game today was a poor first half but livened up a lot in the 2nd. Was in the Matthew Harding stand so glad all the goals came in the 2nd half :)
