Dude... come off it.... there is a youtube video for everything out there you want. Mata and Kagawa in the same side isn't for me and I don't think it would work under Moyes.

It was just an illustration of how well his skills also translate out wide. If you want I can pull you up the stats of how many good crosses he fed Drogba or entire matches where he excelled as a winger.

Mata and Kagawa in the same side would link brilliantly. Especially since dortmund had a similar method going on when Kagawa was there.

The fluidity of Kagawa, Mata, Nani and RVP would be amazing.

Look back over my posts and you shall see that I haven't said he can't play wide! I have simply said that for me (PERSONAL OPINION) I prefer him in behind the striker kind of role. Also that I don't think he would suit United with Kagawa in the same line-up.

Keep on dreaming Mancs! For starters Mata is better than Rooney :p Yes your team would be good but he's not going anywhere. Moses will go on loan. :)

How is it OTT if they sell him to United? What are we Arsenal 2 now? Mata can win them the title they way Persie did. And having Mata AND Persie in a team -- it's just too much.

We are stronger than Arsenal with or without Mata. Yes he would be immense for them but Rooney would be immense for us!

A Rooney-Mata Transfer would leave me so conflicted. We'd have Kagawa - Mata - Welbeck behind RVP/Hernandez. But then Jose would have Rooney. It's all too much!

Utd would look strong for sure but so would we, Hazard, Oscar, De Bruyne and Rooney in the front 4 would be epic! With Schurrle and Willian as subs!

I believe you missed my point. Arsenal 2, as in, selling world class players to title contenders. It's just stupidity. Don't give me that bullshit about Rooney. Rooney is nowhere near Mata's quality and productivity.

49 - Juan Mata scored or assisted 49 goals in 64 appearances for Chelsea in 2012-13. Fulcrum.

Do we want to lose that? No. We don't. **** Shrek and his grumpy ****. Yes, I'd like him at Chelsea, but in another scenario.

Loving all the spurs fans calling us chavski today hahaha yes because west London is so well known for being a Chavy area unlike Tottenham

Mourinho hinted pretty heavily that one player will go out on loan to make way for William. I guess that's Moses?

Could be Ba as well come to think of it ... But that's only if we add a striker

I totally understand Rooney's stats do not measure up to Mata's in the past 2 years but this is a different Chelsea under different management. Will Mata get a chance to be as effective as the past 2 seasons? I have my doubts because he does not offer what Jose fully wants in a player. If we did lose Mata to Utd (which i believe we won't) then we will still be very strong and still be title contenders.

Anyone else think this Willian transfer was just a move to poke Tottenham in the eye? After all we hardly need him but by getting him, the domino effect it will have will be felt all the way in Madrid. Perhaps it's because of how they refused to sell Modric to us or maybe just to scupper their plans for the new season

I think it's probably down to that. But Willian himself is making the wrong move if he decides to join Chelsea. You are packed in attacking areas behind the striker, so it's his own fault what ever happens to him if he joins you.

How will this Willian transfer affect the development of young players like Van Ginkel and Oscar? If Mata is going to be playing then one of those might have to go out on loan. Might as well say goodbye to Moses as well. Can't see him playing at all.

Oscar is going nowhere, he is probably going to be one of Jose' most important players. Moses on loan though. Ginkel will rotate.
