I'm not the biggest fan of Jay-T, but the way FA treated him was complete and utter disgrace. Not to mention England lost services of Capello and now has to resort to Roy 4-4-2 Hodgson. . Really, the whole thing was a clusterfuck of epic proportions.

Hardly. He was after all found guilty. The issue was that they made no real stand either way, should have kept the captaincy, or been dropped. In any other place he would have been suspended.

Rio Ferdinand fined 45k for a RACIST tweet. Ashley Cole fined 100k for calling the FA twats.

Terry's went to a court of law which was more long winded and although he was found not guilty he was handed a 4 match ban and a 200k fine. Yes Suarez was banned for 8 games (more because he said the alleged word more than once) but only fined 40k.

Again good try being ignorant. You clearly knows the burden of proof is completely different in Court and FA laws.

Re Rio's tweet, I won't get into that. I'm sure Mike has explained that 100 times and still you ignore that.

Tbh Capello was not a big loss for England at all. He changed **** all, still persisted with tried and failed Lampard/Gerrard combination. His England was as boring, tbh I found that even more boring. At least Roy's team has some good prospects whereas I don't remember Capello ever trying with young players.

Capello was no loss really, Roy took us to the quarter finals of a tournament the same place all these big name coaches (Capello, erikssen) have taken us. The same place we will probably finish at this World Cup and the next 20 competitions we qualify for.

Repeating the same wrong thing over and over, doesn't make it right.

Rio was done for retweeting, the only reason he wasnt banned is because he did directly say it

There is a big difference between civil court and court of law.

Different burdens of proof. Civil court has a lower one. Neither player would have been found guilty in a court of law.

If you somehow think Suarez got off easier, you are crazy.

If you think choc ice is racist and black **** isnt (considering they both are insults alledging to race) Then you are very wrong.

I never said Suarez got off lightly, i am saying punishments should have been equal. Both choc ice and black **** are racist there is no level of what is worse racism. Still does not merit the 100k fine for Cole but only 45k for racism, ******* madness.

The same Gerrard and Lampard that Hodgson is playing?

Yes, at least he tried few other combinations. Also he gave chances for many young players which I don't remember Capello doing.

Point is Capello was just as worse for England and there is nothing much to lose with his resignation.

Just seen the brief highlights on ITV and 4 well worked goals tonight. Listened to the game on TalkSport and seemed as if Schurrle was head and shoulders above anyone tonight which is really good to see. Feel sorry for Torres coming off injured but in some ways if there is a time to get injured it would be now as he is missing Sunday anyway and then we have an International break so he has over 2 weeks to get fit again. Big 3 points for us tonight and good to see we didn't put out foot on the break and saw a chance to rack up a few goals which we did.
If players are injured, do the games they miss still count as part of their ban? I'm guessing it would, but I'm not too sure about this.

I agree Roy has done better than Capello so far, but it has to be said that the World Cup is a harder tournament than the Euros - especially considering how strong other countries were at the time, as well.

'Choc ice' can be interpreted in different ways; 'black ****' clearly can't. However, I do see your point.

Chelsea Football Club can confirm Fernando Torres suffered a medial collateral ligament injury to his left knee in the Champions League group game at Steaua Bucharest on Tuesday evening.

The 29-year-old is expected to be out for approximately three weeks.

If there is such a thing as a good time to get an injury it would be now. Can't play Sunday and then have an International break, our next game is on 19th.

Pretty sad that as soon as Fernando beings to look like a half-decent striker, he gets injured/suspended. Happened after the Swansea game a couple of seasons ago as well. It's so tragic, it's a bit funny tbh

Big 3 points today along with some good performances. I must say i thought it was a bit of a smash and grab when we got our 2nd but that's the mark of good side winning when it doesn't look on. Thought Ba was brilliant in the 1st half winning every ball, the Norwich defence were terrified of him. Fair play to Norwich who grew into the game and i actually thought they would go on to win the game but Jose showed the difference between an okay manager (Spanish **** stubble man) and a world class manager (Jose). Changes formation and puts 3 at the back along with 3 subs 2 of which scored goals. The away support was sensational today and once Willian scored that worldy it was brilliant hearing his chant on repeat until the final whistle. UTC

Thought Hazard was absolutely brilliant in the second goal. Sprints the entire length of the football pitch after starting the move from a Norwich corner. Ba was fantastic in the first half as well and that strike by Willian was sensational

Went to the game today and our support was incredible. Willians chant was sung non stop for a good 10 minutes after his screamer haha UTC!

Haha **** him and Jamie telling Ruud not to celebrate cause we "sacked him" well Dalglish got sacked by Liverpool but does he still love the club and is seen as a legend? Yes.

The same Redknapp which said "he's not a man who holds grudges and still gets on well with Levy". Hate people who contradict themselves!
