Oscar has shaky for a while now. He wasn't really creating that much last year, and his only real performance of this year has been at Southampton. That was 2 months ago!
Every ******* week i say "its concerning how we are still relying on JT"!!!! Massive 3 points that because if we did drop points today i think we would have officially been in a "blip". Fair play to Everton, thought they were very impressive today. Felt we were far too sloppy for the whole 90 minutes constantly making the wrong decisions! Never mind, 3 points and a huge 3 points, thank **** for JT!

Oscar was carrying an injury. Well and Ramires/Mikel were carrying knocks too. Hope these all guys are fit before Gala game, Matic has been so good, he'll be missed in CL this year.
Last season i done a little digging and saw how long Oscar has been playing and the next time he will get a summers rest and it was a joke!
Just done a little more digging and found the exact thing i wrote way back in may.
Have just worked out that Oscar will not have had a proper break from January 2012 - June 2015! I sincerely hope we give him a mid season rest next season like we did with Mata last season.

It's not like you don't have a replacement after all. You can always play Willian in the centre and Schurrle or Salah out wide in his place. Or you could even just return to a 4-3-3 and play Lampard at the tip of the triangle. Van Ginkel's back in training, too, so it shouldn't be a big problem. He deserves a rest.
Think its too late to give him a rest this season unfortunately, this should have happened earlier in the season. At the start of last season we gave Mata 19 days off and he was so much better for it.
