Yes, would have had fewer points but still with 4 teams in CL. Chelsea were a club before 2003 but without Roman would have won nothing bar few FA cups.

As i said, not all the money was spent wisely so the problems were not addressed properly.

Considering the way many professional reporters seem to use "the word on social media" and "the view on social media" to effectively mean typing in a phrase and reading a small sample size of responses then drawing their own conclusions, perhaps it's par for the course these days.
