What, no Oscar? To be honest, you only really need a left-back, centre-midfielder and striker, assuming Courtois returns. If you managed to sign Shaw, Fabregas and Costa (which are fairly realistic), you would have one of the best, if not the best, teams in the league for years to come.Imagine if we signed Pogba as well! Most people agree we have somewhere between 120-150m to spend this summer. If reports are to be believed then Fab + Costa will cost about 65, leaving us another 60-90m to buy another left back + potentially another player. If you really want to delve into fantasy land, imagine if Kroos genuinely wanted to leave and the purported 30 fee was real...

He's still very-liked at the Emirates, as many fans don't blame him for leaving (although they blame his Spain and Barca teammates for making comments and 'forcing' him to wear a Barca shirt after a Spain match - if I recall correctly), so it'll be interesting to whether/how their attitude towards him changes or not.
