Not now, but you did in the past. IIRC there was only one interview that was actually a poor one, the rest were fairly benign.

I think it was because he basically said stuff like 'Oh look at Chelsea, they buy players like Eto'o and I don't get a chance'

But the thing is, you are better than Eto'o. You would have gotten chances on the pitch if you stayed and competed instead of going off on loan. Then why needlessly criticize Chelsea?

Trust the manager in what way? You think he doesn't trust Jose to give him time on the pitch?

No. He doesn't.

Jose haven't won a trophy in 3 years (IIRC) and he is under pressure to win a trophy this season. Not sure he has time to nurture talent like Martinez can.

Jose is a pragmatist above all. He can see that Lukaku is his second best striker after Costa. So he will give time to Lukaku on the pitch because he is the second best striker that Jose has

How does that work? If Lukaku wants to stay, his agent gains nothing by telling everyone he wants to leave?

BBC Sport - Romelu Lukaku would consider leaving Chelsea to stay at Everton

He would consider leaving if Everton got CL football. The whole point is thate he doesnt want to rotate, because at his age he needs as much game time as he can get, hence why he left on loan in the first place.

Jose lie? Perish the thought...

Good post from few months back, just that Everton signed him even without CL.

Good that you brought that interview up. Banishes all those idiotic comments that Jose didn't want Lukaku at Chelsea last season. Good on Lukaku for leaving to get time on the pitch. Chelsea make a huge profit on a player. Lukaku gets his wish. Decent deal for both sides

I don't think anyone said Jose didn't want Lukaku at Chelsea last season, I thought it was obvious that Lukaku pushed for the loan deal once Eto'o was signed.

So wanting to know if you have the chance to develop properly is a sign of weakness? Thats the poor argument I dont get. Perhaps is why Chelsea hve 4 homegrown players, are not very good at bringing youth through, and now need to sacrifice Mikel or Cech in the CL

I know Chelsea fans will be mad like always, but in all reality, this is probably one of the main reasons Shaw wanted to join United instead of Chelsea.

The only strikers that come to mind right now, are Chicharito, Rossi, Gomez, Giovinco. Decent back-up.

So the cavani links have begun. Can't see it myself but still have that bit of hope ;).

I seriously doubt Cavani will play second fiddle to Costa, or the other way around for that matter.

He's playing second-fiddle to Zlatan so arguably he'd have a better chance against Costa anyway.

And look how happy he is about that. You don't force a move, if we are to believe roumors, when you are happy to be the back-up. IMO, we need someone who can accept that he is a back-up.

He isn't ****** about having to compete, he's ****** that PSG keep playing him out of position. It's a bit like with Sturridge.

Is that guy reliable?

Some say he is reliable, some say he never breaks any news but just follows the herd.

I used to put him in reliable category but now I don't bother to check his tweets at all.

So in short, I have no idea.

Cavani would be a pointless, overpriced signing - cant see it making any sense whatsoever

You do realise how much money we have left, right? He would add serious quality and depth to the squad, and the price isn't an issue for us atm.
