Just my recommendation for an Assistant Manager (and a very cheap one):

Youngsters 16

Adaptability 15

Judging Ability 17
Judging Potential: 16
Discipline: 19
Motivating: 20
Tactical Knowledge: 18

Costs me €2000 p/w on Arsenal! He had no contract when I got him (season 3 I think). And has 44 years so he will last :)
AFAIK he is the best in the game.

Can You suggest a Shooting and a Ball controll coach besides them who are there? Almost everybody doesnt want begin contract negociations and those who want, refuse to being a coach
 
Here is my list of 5* or 4,5* coaches who have the chance to become 5* coaches ( tested with Coach Calculator). My current season is 2015-2016, so Im not sure which teams they are when the game starts from 2011-2012. Some of them might be born later in the game, too.

Here's a quick update. Brilliant South Korean goalkeeping coach Cha Sang-Kwang ( 4,5* , easily becomes 5* ). He is just quite difficult to hire.

Fitness:

Valter Di Salvo(5 star)
Pintus(5 star)

Tactics:

Mauro Tassotti(4,5 star)

Ball Control:

Giuseppe Colombino(4 star)

Defending:

Fulvio Fiorin(4 star)

Attacking:

Sergio Zanetti(4 star)

Shooting:

Paolo Riela(4 star)

Goalkeeping:

Mario Landucci(4,5 star)

Beniamino Abate(4 star)


I think, that is better to have 4 star coach, than 5 star coach from foreign country, except if his attribute adaptability above 15.

Raikan, if I cant find Cruijf it must mean that I have not loaded the dutch database right?
 
Do I need more than 1 coach specialized in the different areas(Attacking, Defending, etc) ?
 
I find your Coach Calculator very useful but it seem changed a little bit in 2013 for GK rating.
So I try to re-write it and make it available in android, try it out here

Chief Scout: Steve Rowley - Judge Player Ability 20 Judge Player Potential 20
Head of Youth Development: Roberto Samaden - Working with Youngsters 20 Motivating 19 JPA 19 JPP 19
Assistant Coach: Francisco Ayestran - Becomes World Class in a few years after getting all his licenses. Always a free agent at the start. Young enough that you don't have to worry about him retiring anytime soon.
Head Physio: David Fevre 19's and 18's in all the relevant categories. World Class rep.
