Colin Francis and Steven Camm came through our academy, the rest I just had to pay compensation for.

Francis - Joined 2013, Knocks ball past opponent, currently learning from Carrick , 10 apps, 2 goals 7.04 AV R.

Guidotti - £1.4M comp from Roma in 2013, Marks opponent tightly, tutored by Vidic last season, one sub appearance so far.

Massa - £900k from Roma in 2014, currently learning from Rafael.

Benbow - £600k from Middlesbrough in 2013, Runs with ball often, tutored by Rooney (learnt AM position from him), 2 sub apps so far with 1 assist.

Camm - Joined 2014, Moves into channels, Cuts inside, Shoots with power, currently learning from RvP.

Jonk - £600k from AZ Alkmaar in 2013, Places shots, currently learning from Rooney, 1 sub app so far with an assist.

And that's not all of them

So,I bought this kid but I need help with him, since my tactic doesn't use MC's. I use 2 DM's (dlp - defend and anchorman- defend) and 1 Attacking midfielder (Advanced playmaker - support) which one would you reccomend him to?

to tell you the truth he does not look all that good to me. not great attributes and determination is low.
i would not bother as he does not have the passing or creativity of a DLP, or hte defensive abilities of an anchor man or DLP.


also he does not have the qualities to be an AP and his quickness is very bad. if this kid sucseeds anywhere i would say it would be as a CM, where he naturaly plays.


i would just train him forget about position and see what happens.

Don't you find the lack of bravery as a problem for midfielders? Will they go to a split ball when needed?

You could always play with a slightly unorthodox formation? Moving the DMC in the Deep Lying Playmaker (Defend) role to a CM Deep Lying Playmaker (Defend) role! Just make sure the anchor man is covering one side and deep lying playmaker is covering the other side! The CM will just be slightly higher up the pitch, it works when I've used it

It has never really been an issue for me, he has a pretty free reign as Carrick does a lot of the donkey work and then Westh does the pretty stuff between centre midfield and the forwards and he interacts well with the more attacking players

I second that too. Wouldn't make my bench if I'm honest. At best, he is a winger, but his dribbling is extremely poor. Sell him for a decent profit would be my advice.

yeah, he has the fitness of a winger, hes only really good at set pieces and for a deep lying playmaker? he has bad passing and average creativity
