Mr.T, when I finalize the guide during this coming weekend (I'm on my final save now), I can send you the final formatting and info, if you want to make the guide here more readable and easy to follow here.
I think TD and FM-Base use the same forum language, so we should be able to just copy and paste to create a better overview.

In my current (final) save, these are the results so far (august 2009):
West Ham v Arsenal: 0-2 (real life result: 2-2)
Celtic v Arsenal: 0-2 (real life result: 0-2)
Arsenal v Wolves: 4-3 (real life result: 4-1 in the away game)
Arsenal v Celtic: 2-1 (real life result: 3-1)
if i didnt want to get results like the real ones but i wanted to win most games like all good tactics, should i just remove work ball into box?
I would say that this tactic isn't for you, it's not at all designed to be a good tactic in Football Manager. Instead, this is an attempt at getting behaviour and results as close to reality as possible, and Arsenal wouldn't be the team to emulate if you wanted to win everything. 8-|
There are far better tactics out there, that are specifically designed to be amazing in FM. This is more of a simulation.
