Personally I'd deal!! I tried to get him in the start of the 2013/14 season too but they rejected my bids upto £35m, so your getting a good bargain! (Just thought of something, If you buy Fabregas for £20m, because Arsenal get 50% of any fee they get, do you only have to pay £10m??? Going to make a thread about it! :D )

Although I wouldn't buy him just for the sake of it, I'd sell Henriksen but that depends on your formation!!

Definitely Isco! I'd say Lamela is better to begin with, but Isco overtakes him by far after about 2 seasons! :D

Depends on how you think you'll do with Fulham. If you're gonna become a fairly big club within a season or so, I'd get Osman because you're going to need a CM who is better than both anyway then.
But if you're going to stay at Mid-table/Top 6 side for longer than that, get Gibson.

Basically, for short-term get Osman, longer-term get Gibson :)

EDIT: Also bare in mind that in 3 or 4 years you'll probably be able to sell Gibson for a profit if he performs well, whereas no matter how good Osman does, you're not going to get more than £4m for a 35/36 year old player!!!

NO Deal for the Williams deal, but I'd deal for the Mendes one anyway!

Because by now there will be some quality regens you can get for much less than £20m, have a look around for them and you'll get a great bargain! :D

surely there is some dead wood that you can sell to raise funds rather than your better players?

Deal on Reina, because you can buy ter Stegen for less than that. I sold Reina for £15m and bought ter Stegen for £17m, and the latter is much better and can last for over 10 seasons.

On all the others, I'd say no deal. I would keep Johnson for a year or two, as you can still get a good price for him later. I sold him to Spurs for £28m in 2013.

Lucas shouldn't be sold for several years, he's one of the best players out there when it comes to BWM. He's also fairly young, so you should definitely hold onto him.

Suarez is your main outlet in attack, so selling him would be like defecating all over yourself and still expecting to get laid.

You should rather focus on selling players that DON'T justify their wages, instead of players that DO justify their wages. Take a look at Downing, Henderson, Cole, Doni and players in the reserve team. Also try to offload Carroll as soon as possible when he returns.

I'd say deal to all except Lucas.

You can get other good GK's for less than that. For a Goalkeeper ready to go straight in the team, I'd say Krul for about £10m. If you don't mind waiting a few seasons for him to become reliable, then go for Ter-Stegen, roughly same price, maybe abit more :)

Again, plenty of better RB's out there for less than that. I'd suggest Santon from Newcastle. (He can play LB and RB too, which is useful)

I'd keep Lucas, or at least don't sell him for less than £30m (Unlikely to get that for the first few seasons though!)

Finally, Suarez is good, but not £35m good! You can get Damiao, Cavani, LLorente, Huntelaar, etc for less/only slightly more :D

Club: Newcastle
Player being sold: Ben Arfa (Age: 25)
Club Interested: PSG

Offer: $20,000,000

Note: I had an offer for $30mil from them earlier in the preseason but I rejected it because I needed him in the 1st team.
However, since then, he's been plagued with injury, being out for at least 2 months at a time. I would very much like to sell him as I bought Dzagoev on a free and he has developed into a good AMC. So is this a fair price? or should I ask for more?

Maybe a bit more, but you don't want to scare them off. If he has been injured a fair bit, then deal. However I do think you would be able to get maybe £5-7m more :)

I would say no deal but with injuries then maybe. Try getting a bit more money for him. But else except.
