Deal. You could ask for a couple million more maybe. But definitely considering his age and wage demands, I would sell.

i recomend buying Kara (Nation: Senegal) ... he is a very good DM(can play CD and CM) and maybe he is cheaper ...
u could take a look at Romulo (Nation: Brazil, Club: Spartak Moscow) or Lars Bender (Nation: Germany, Club: Leverkusen) or Casemiro (Nation: Brazil, Club: Sao Paulo)

for ST i recomend 2 players ... Ademilson(Nation: Brazil, Club: Sao Paulo) young striker and very good for me :) and Manolo Gabbiadini (Nation: Italy, Club:Juve or Atalanta) my goalscorer :D

The price itself is okay, but the player's wage demands are outrageous. He wants a key player role (I think he doesn't warrant one, yet.) initially, then I offered him a first team role, and he wanted 150K per week! I was just looking to bring in someone to compete/provide cover with/for Lampard, Mikel, Ramires and Romeu, but should I really sign this guy? Ramires is still a couple of weeks short of return from injury so I need cover desperately right now.

I personally think he's better than the players you currently have but if you're worried about cost then I think you should scout out a couple of cheeper options. Eg rodwell, McCarthy, Xhaka etc.
 
Thanks for the advice, bought Capoue and , and sold Joe Allen, so far, the best defensive record in the league with those two at the center of it all, thanks again!

I bought him for £29.5m in the second season. Haven't seen many people gotten him cheaper, unless they wait several years. They usually price him somewhere between £30m and £40m.

in my save im in jan 2017 and he is priced by the club at 48M dollars ... so.. :)))

Other Info: Just signed Wellington Nem with the idea he'll be backup to Ben Arfa while settling in, not sure if he's ready to be thrown into 1st 11 right away or if I'll need a replacement for Ben Arfa if he's sold. I play a narrow 4-1-2-1-2 by the way.

Deal but not at the that price imo. You can definately get more money for Ben Arfa, I sold him for about £32m after he demand too much wages for a contract renewel. Besides, Wellington Nem becomes a better all round player and definately contributes more assists and goals from my own experience. I found it didn't take him too long to blend in, he was pretty much an instant hit.

I'd say deal considering the amount of strikers you have. However, if you have absolutely no financial issues then it might be worth keeping him/asking for more as you don't need the money.
