based on your current situation i'll say deal. you might also like to try jack rodwell (may be unrealistic) or miles addison as well

Miles addison was rated quite poorly by my scouts (I might get him, he's cheap at 2 odd million). Jack Rodwell is completely out of the question. I will cause Middlesbourgh to go into administration (I nearly did first season even when I cut budget) because he's valued at 11 mil now, and needs insane fees. I try to keep it real and go for cheap bargains if possible since I am trying to be a "small club buying cheap bargains/transfer list". I dealed
Kyle Bartley or Jordan Spence
Never heard or searched for those two. It's either I did, they were way too expensive and I ignored. That or my scouts don't rate them
Will check them out later ^^. My transfer policy is that if it goes beyond 15 mil, it's too much.

I would recommend Addison. I had the chance to sign him in the first season and my scouts sold me down the pan by giving him a poor report. Now i'm in the 4th season and he's playing with Liverpool & England worth £8. Gutted.

Minimum you'd accept? He got me to the Champions League Semi-Final last season with some outstanding performances. 8-|
if he's proving a negative influence then i suppose i would accept any amount. 3m would be alright though
Aw maaaaaaan. That's heart-breaking. I'm hoping to get about £5m but i can't see that happening. I guess at 30 it wouldn't be a bad deal at about £4m. Any ideas for a short term replacement until Areola is ready? Someone cheap and quality
gk: g.ochoa (he'll probably be your permanent 1st choice. wont cost above 5-6m), joe hart, vincent enyeama, diego cavalieri (liverpool keeper and normally transfer listed), david de gea
Ochoa is at Bayern and valued at £11.75m so i cant afford him. Joe Hart is first choice at City so he wont want to come. Enyeama isn't good enough given that i'll need to pay at least £4m for him. Will have a look at Cavalieri and De Gea tonight. Cheers for the advice. Any opinion on David James? I can get him on a free but he's getting on a bit. 8-|

He's a really decent 'keeper. Especially if youre the likes of bolton or wigan or that. He's a steal at that price. I would have got him but i had Areola and McGregor at that point. I've got Delac on loan. I might just try and sign him up on a free when his contract expires. I'm addicted to free transfers right now.
