Kenny watched the replay of Gerrards tackle on the screen and accepeted it.

The opinions of FM Base nubs are now meaningless if his own manager accepted it.

I dont see why everyones commenting on how early in the match it was. The time of the game shouldn't effect the refs decison, 1st minute or 90th minute hes got to givethe same decison.
Well, it does. That is a fact.

How can Howard Webb still be a referee? I could do a better job than him, he sent off Gerrard for the same tackle that Rafael just did on another player, how that works I have no idea, not even a free kick for the Rafael challenge. Liverpool have a right to be extremely annoyed about this, first blatant dive by Berbatov, horrific challenge by Rafael, potentially a career ending tackle that was as bad as Gerrard's RED CARD.

Rafael's tackle was nowhere near as bad as Gerrard's Alex come on, be real.

Rafael won the ball 100% and was barely off the floor. Gerrard didn't win the ball and got Carrick's ankle. He was way off the floor and both studs were showing.

Stop being so biased and realise that was a good decision.

Could also say, that you are being biased.

IMO, not a red.

Everyone is, quite rightly, telling me that time shouldn't matter in a foul.

You lot are right, of course, it shouldn't. I'm just annoyed because it will reduce this spectacle by a fair few notches.

Ok yes that's fair enough, I used a bad example, in which case I'll use another.

Gerrard and Carrick went in exactly the same. Does Carrick not get anything just because he started rolling around?! Yes some ref's would've given it and some wouldn't; doesn;t mean I agree with the decision.

Carrick and Gerrard both went into the challenge the same. Just because Gerrard has a bigger sack shouldn't mean he should get sent off.

And.. Rafael is a dirty *******.

that is all.

career ending? he got the ball didnt even touch meireles

I find it amazing that he gives de Jong a yellow for karate kicking Xabi in the world cup yet a red for Gerrard aiming for the ball.

What position is Webb playing for the mancs again?

Im not suprised at all... it's Manchester United we talking about. The ref didin't even see Nani put his hands on the ball when Nani scored 2-0 against Tottenham. There is too much proof of the refs favouring United...

These kind of things happends in the Dark side of Manchester.

Are people really going to compare the Rafael challenge? He won the ball and barely moved from the ground. Gerrard was lunging off the ground with studs showing. Can debate whether it was a red, even though Kenny has accepted it, but to say Rafael should be sent off if Gerrard is, makes no sense.
